I order breakfast online to get delivered and when my order came in I was missing 2 items and there were no utensils in the bag.... I also order my kids pancakes and there was no syrup or butter in the bag. When I called to notify them. I was transferred to amanager and explained to him what happen and he did not apologize at all. From his tone, it seem like I was annoying him. Hestated he would refund my money so I am waiting but an apology would have been nice. Read more
My server Jose was a great guy, loved him. But the other staff?? I could hear them yelling at each other in the back rooms over... sone sort of misunderstanding, it was very distracting and those staff other than Jose just we?re not it. Seems like a stressedworked place. Read more
Thank you to the waitress who was friendly I would just add compassion to the list I tipped as i always do we are living out of... a car atm and my two year old being her age threw up on her food and mine. I wasn't offered a remake or anything off my bill incertain situations a little compassion could go a long way added I fully cleaned my table and her vomit while still leaving atip I didn't wall in expecting anything but full bellies but again compassion goes a long way Read more
This specific Bob Evans is responsible for my excellent breakfast...not Bob Evans, in general; this location. I was skeptical,... after several lackluster experiences at other locations. I get it; staffing is difficult. It's not always going to be amazing,but it has also been clear that the staff at those locations had run out of care to give. Today, though...here on "hornbeamLane," off of US 23, everything was great. A host(ess) greeted us properly. Our server was clearly engaged, despite being a bitbusy, and all of our meals were really good, showing some concern from the folks in the kitchen. Good job....really good job. Read more
server worked her butt off but took forever to get seated because hostess was also doing carryout, which was very busy, and... responsible for bussing/cleaning tables! only 1 server on duty and she had 10+ tables!! Manager finally appeared near the endof meal and spent over 10 minutes talking on the phone to someone but not helping employees serve/help actual customers! Read more
Good food and servers, it was just toooooo cold. Ik it?s hot outside but it was wayyy too cold i inside.
Was told that's how an omelettes supposed to be made at Bob Evans. The inside of omelletes is browner than outside. Plus... mountain of sausage, bacon and cheese just on bottom half. Idk. Manager did say I would be credited back. Also home friesinstead of hashbrowns. Love them tho! Read more
