Excellent spot for a light meal. I had the hickory ham sandwich. It was exceptionally good. The baguette was crunchy, the ham... was excellent, dressing was a great compliment. I also had coffee and a nut bar. The nut bar was delicious, not overly sweet,full of nice crunchy elements. Highly recommend Olives and Oats. Read more
Delicious! Ordered the cinnamon roll, croissant, cold brew, and iced mocha; it did not disappoint. It was a little crowded in... the store, but this was no issue as the Mary Vessel Park/garden was right outside offering a beautiful garden to sit in andadmire the welcoming atmosphere. Read more
The place is great, the location fantastic, and the coffee.... but the coffee.... did I say the coffee?!?!? Lol! They have some... outrageously delicious chocolate chip cookies too! My only complaint is not really a complaint, they don't open until 8 am, sodrove over on the last day to grab a coffee for the ride home and they were closed. No!!!!???? Check 'em out!!! Read more

A very lovely brunch spot with amazing sandwiches. The Olive and Oats hit the spot after a day of touring around downtown... Lewes. The frozen lemonade was outstanding and hit the spot on a hot day! The sandwiches were delicious and the seating areason the porch and inside were cozy and relaxing. If you?re looking for a quick bite to eat consider checking this place out!
