To start, the food is absolutely incredible here. I would give it 5 stars alone for that. The service is some of the best I?ve... ever had. We had a party of 10 and showed up almost an hour late due to traffic and car trouble. We communicated with therestaurant and they were very accommodating. Everything was excellent. From our table we could see the kitchen through a window.The kitchen staff went out of their way to say hi to the kids we had with us & were happy to have them watch all the food beingprepared. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. If you?re coming to Lewes, you have to stop here. Read more

Worth a trip from Rehoboth. Definitely. Worth a trip from DC ... Absolutely. Every bite on every plate added something. Every... element executed with precision. Plus an amazing setting. Our seasonal journey started with venison tartare with a host offlavorful accompaniments. A very grown up version of fish and chips is the corn fried Southern Grouper with roasted fingerlingpotatoes, Kennett Square trumpet mushrooms, braised leeks, shaved brussels sprouts, herb mustard, and parsnip puree. Equallygood the Rockfish with roasted butternut squash ,collard greens, shallots, blistered turnips, shiitake mushrooms, miso-mushroombroth. Fall never tasted so good. A final treat was the sweet potato gallette with an amazing rosemary ice cream. Can't wait fora next trip to the shore. Read more

We decided to treat ourselves to a nice fancy night out, my wife and I, for her birthday. Heirloom DID NOT disappoint! We were... greeted with smiles and excellent service. The atmosphere was beautiful and clean! The food was the best I've had. I had theAmish chicken, my wife had the rockfish and it melted in our mouths! I've never had brussel sprouts so FRESH. The flavor wereout of this world. Also, everything came out with perfect timing. The only regret is we didn't have room to order the cheeseafter our entrees! That is a must for us for next time.
