An hour and 40 minutes after ordering for delivery, still nothing. I called about status and they blamed the rain. (The rain had... stopped a good while ago) I asked for a refund because we were going out and now wouldn't have time to eat (if it would haveshowed up before we left). They gave me the manager to do the refund. Well this clown just couldn't help but try to dominate theconvo instead of just refunding me and being done with it. Love their heros! Update... it depends on who is making the hero. 2 times now in the past year I have made a request to have... the sauce on the side instead of on the hero. The first time the guy who made it gave me an attitude and the hero was not evengood. Think the same guy did the same thing the second time it happened to me. Didn't even argue the second time. Justdecided not to go back because I don't want to take the chance of him making it again. The other 5 times I went it was good. Read more

I called Vincenzo?s on Wantagh Avenue in Levittown to order a pie this morning. The person who answered the phone was nice as... always. I ordered one of their April Special $12.99 pies for delivery, and was politely told that due to increasing gas pricesand not wanting to burden the customer with any extra fee?s they have put a $20 minimum on deliveries, ($1 of which goes to helptheir drivers with gas prices rising). We got a large pie 9 garlic knots and a 2lt soda all for just $20!! Vincenzo?s has betterprices and food than anywhere else. Its ok pizza and heroes Buy at least once or twice a week, for years DELIVERY GUYS ARE GREAT! Phone service not bad, a lot of... errors, but they make up for it next time or same day if can. But , not this time cause ,the owner answered phone , Sorry, forwhatever and said he makes final decisions , no matter what any of his people said,, last week ! I read other answers ,theywrite back, on here ,trying to improve Hard to BELIEVE ! If owner is who I spoke too Rude ,Not willing to listen, cant improveothers, with that attitude I said have a nice day, and hung up Theirs a lot of other places you can get Pizza in this area ,not having to deal with that. This place is incredible. Already been here twice this week. The wings are some of the best we?ve ever had. The margarita pizza... with vodka sauce was outstanding. Staff inside and delivery drivers are extremely friendly and courteous. Definitely the bestpizza I?ve had on Long Island... or anywhere else for that matter. Can?t wait to try more on the menu! Fantastic food for a local neighborhood Pizza place. They have a 3-hero special for $17.99. Their hero sandwiches are the best... in the area. I ordered 3 chicken parmigiana they were so thick I needed two hands to hold onto the sandwich. Pizza is great andthey have a delivery service. Very impressed with their food. Read more
