My Grandmother turned 84 years old last week. On her birthday she woke and was fixed on going to IHOP for brunch. I arrived with... a party of 5 and were greeted immediately by a friendly hostess. We were seated within minutes. And assigned a really cleanbooth. The waiter was super friendly, professional and attentive. The food we ordered was absolutely delicious. The colors werevibrant, the food was fresh and the portions were huge. The birthday girl had a very pleasant experience. I would definitelyrecommend this IHOP to anyone. We got seated right away, the place was not busy. Our server was not attentive. She brought out our food and no utensils. After... 5 minutes my husband got up to get utensils. I mean I get it that you are under staff but the place was not busy. My husbandsT-bone steak was not cooked as he requested therefore thats a negative. Our pancakes were cold. I wonder if past functioning lights, whether or not these guys have working electricity. The cooks either have to be asleep or... in the middle of diabetic episode to truly believe the food was ready. Seriously, a microwave could?ve melted the cheese on myomelette to a socially acceptable point. Even the butter on my pancakes got comfortable and ate with us. My favorite part wasthe orange juice they served me; it came in at whopping ?firm clammy handshake? degrees. I thought about how annoying it was tofinger every portion of my meal to find whether or not my food was hot enough and moved from 3 stars to 2 stars.
