If I could give zero stars then I would, This review is purely customer service related. The blonde female with glasses taking... our order was obviously in some type of mood so instead of causing agitation we had one member of our family place the order.She took all 6 orders at once and completely f?d them all up. My boyfriend and I went into the shop at 10:40pm when the shop closes at midnight. When we got there, it was decently busy with... people, but all people who already ordered and paid and who were just waiting. We only needed to pay for a package of 4 icecream sandwiches, so we thought it would be quick. We stood at the cash register without being acknowledged at all for 10minutes. Two workers were even counting cash in the machine and complaining about still having to be there working (again, overan hour before closing time). One of them finally looked at us just to ask us to let him check out the people behind us for somereason. After he let them pay, instead of helping us, he went back to doing random things and complaining. I had to send myboyfriend to get a new pack at this point because the original one had started to melt. Then, another worker asked for the nextcustomer and completely ignored us again. At this point, over 15 minutes just standing in the shop and being ignored byeveryone, my boyfriend asked "can we pay for this here?". The same worker said "yes" while being annoyed and took my card topay. He never said thank you, and just said "you're good". I asked if the receipt printed and he rudely asked if I wanted one,to which I said yes. He huffed and ran to another machine to print it out. Overall, it was supposed to be a quick trip just topay for prepackaged dessert, and ended up being an extremely upsetting 20 minute rude interaction. 1000% not worth it at all. Read more

Just like the other one star review, it?s all about customer service. Walked in with my moms and sisters and no one even looked... over at us until about 5 minutes, mind you there were at least 6 workers in the store. A pair of girls came in and either workedat the store or knew the girl (braids, clear/black glasses, black coldstone crew neck sweatshirt) that was working and shehelped them first. The girl helps her friends and they are in and out. At this point we are getting impatient and still waitingto be acknowledged. We only ordered two small ice cream cups and spent about 15 minutes in the store when there were little tono people there. Worse Coldstone experience yet. Read more
