I had the chance to by ice cream here around 7pm. Very rude this guy with glasses. No respect for pregnant ladies and don?t know... to treat clients properly. If you?re restocking you cannot tell clients to order at coffee station when I?m buying ice cream.Plus the waffle cone he gave us expired nuts around it. It tasted horrible and it was so bad, I had to throw the ice cream away.Waste of time and money. I bought a donut, this guy uses the same dirty gloves he was using to bring the ice cream cans fromdownstairs to touch my donuts and bag it without the paper. This place never have Hot Fudge warm n ready ... no matter what time of the day you walk in for a Sundae. You ask for hot fudge... they offer you sundae with chocolate Syrup... first time when i went it was around 8:45pm i was told it's finished to warm upanother bag it will take longer n then they will be closing, i went many times, different times... as this one is close to myplace n my kids luv their sundae w hot fudge.... We got our sundae with hot fudge only once out of 10 times... i pay for sundae.... end up getting just scoop of ice cream as my kids won't like syrup on it... they have flies flying inside, tables are dirtyn floor too.... would drive little far to go to East Meadow location or Hicksville but not here anymore Read more
