Don?t waste your time, drive another 5 minutes to the next Tim?s and get appropriate service there. Visited this location 14... days in a row at 9:30 am everyday for my morning tea, as I work in the same parking lot. Every single time I ask for a Londonfog they tell me the expresso machine that only prepares the milk for the beverage is ?broken?, on a few occasions the originalperson taking my order was even interrupted by a second staff member or manager that monotonously said ?machines broken. justorder something else?. But when my support staff shows up in the afternoon at 1pm, I?ll return on break and order the exact samebeverage a few hours later with no issue. How is it the machine is only ever broken at specific times in the mornings? Iwondered the exact same thing! On another visit, after the gentleman interrupted the woman originally taking my order on theintercom, I asked him about why this happens and how the latte machine that is responsible for making almost all of the hotbeverages on the menu could possibly be broken in a corporate business for over 2 weeks, let alone the fact that I?ve shown upat two different times each day and been denied 1/2 because of the ?machine? with time stamps and receipt of both. The gentlemanon shift said and I quote ?I?m sorry sir, I do apologize it?s not that the machine is broken, it just takes too long to start upand we do not want our customers waiting any longer than a minute or two for their order.? Extremely poor excuse for a menialtask to begin with. I?m sure I can speak on behalf of almost anyone when I say I am more than happy to wait for what I came for.Either someone isn?t properly trained or these guys just don?t want to perform when it?s busy ???????? Enjoyed sitting around the faux fireplace chatting. The food prep was incredibly fast given the length of the drive through... line-up. The lettuce and tomato in the breakfast sandwich were fresh but I like my breakfast a bit warmer for the egg, baconand bagel . Read more

Always feel rushed. And today, I went to redeem points for a London fog, which is earl grey tea with milk, and the gentleman at... the window said it?s not considered a tea and I wasn?t able to get my drink. Almost every time I come here or any tim Hortons ingeneral someone screws something up. I?ve been patient with this business for so long, but it?s getting aggravating! Train youremployees better! Consistently messes up food orders. I order here very often and my order is always wrong. Orders have come not toasted, without... cheese, sometimes even without lettuce or tomato or meat. I?ve called and complained numerous times to no avail, nothing haschanged in months. Read more
