I hate writing reviews but I go here literally every morning before work and get the exact same thing (sausage and bacon farmers... wrap). THIS morning they didn’t even put sausage OR bacon on it. Often forget to put sauce on my wrap. Basically in the 7months I’ve been working by this Tim’s they’ve gotten my order wrong 50% of the time. Read more
Its passable coffee and breakfast when you need a quick fix. They should focus on improving coffee and baked good.
Usually a great place with chill employees however whenever the manager comes in the place is much more chaotic and takes away... from the relaxing atmosphere and makes you want to leave right away. Usually employees in drive through and front are greatwithout the need for a manager to loom over them and put pressure on productiveness and speed, you don't pay your employeesenough for them to do that, take a chill pill bud. An improved list of vegetarian options is a bonus. However the drive through can have 15 vehicles and inside have 2 customers... and you still get served faster in your car. Read more

This was one of the worst experiences with a Timmys we have ever had. It started when ordering, the girl taking the order not... only was very rude but kept interrupting us in the middle of our order to both go to another order, as well as to continuallyrepeat the order before we were even done, which made the process take 5 times longer than necessary. We then pulled up to thewindow, the girl at the window was also extremely rude rolling her eyes at us as we drove away from the window. We then openedour order, all of the breakfast sandwiches looked like this…smashed together and falling apart. They also shorted us on a boxof timbits with giving only 17 and not 20. I'm disappointed once again by the errors on my order. Both breakfast sandwiches were incorrect. The sausage breakfast sandwich... had no egg or sausage. This is not the first time I've had this sort of error on my order at this location. Very disappointingwhen you unwrap breakfast to find that someone totally dropped the ball. If the management spend more time on quality controland focused less on the hashbrown upsells maybe the customers would be better serviced. Good job on remembering to upsell me ahasbrown. Read more
