Oh my gosh! I had seen this place for years and always drove passed it. What a huge mistake. I ordered the spicy chicken... sandwich and took one bite and it was absolute heaven. Purchased a Southwest full size salad on April 20/21. The box was half full. I really like chopped leaf as a fast option to eat... healthy and have eaten at several all over Alberta. This location consistently gives less when compared to the others. When Ipay over $10 for a salad without protein I think it reasonable to get an appropriate portion size. I ordered online today (March 17, 2021) at 4:15pm one wrap and one sandwich and left a pretty good tip. The Service I received... when I went in to pick up my order (45 minutes later I might add) was awful. It took the girl working there 5 minutes to noticeme and when she finally did she hadn't even prepared my order yet so I had to wait. On top of that there were two people in linewho looked like they had been waiting a while. One lady even walked out looking quite mad. The girl working was lacking incustomer service skills as well and when food was finally ready I found only one or two shrimp in my wrap and very littletoppings or dressing. I won't be going back. Came here for the first time today. I was sooooooo impressed and so was the rest of the family. Food was fresh and absolutely... delicious. This restaurant has a beautifully tasteful and modern atmosphere with just a touch of rustic. Employees wereprofessional and welcoming, and the food was delivered quickly. Everything was set up to make the customers as comfortable aspossible. For instance, a menu is on the window outside so you don't feel at all pressured to choose quickly.
