Every Friday evening around 8 pm we come to your store and order either a quarter chicken meal or the festive special and EVERY... week there is something missing. It's never anything big but always something... this time no dinner roll... last time nochalet sauce... the week before no chocolate with the festive special. It's really getting annoying ???? Started out with instead of all our food coming together, the person in our party who ordered chicken Caesar Salada got her meal... at least 10 to 15 min before us. Next my chicken came to the table raw and had to be sent back. When time came to pay the billthey charged me someone else's bill. The two waitress spoke about this right in fron of me in a different language. I don'tcare if they want to speak in their own language at work, but when it concerns a customer, the customer should be able tounderstand what is going on. Then they said they definitely could not reverse the charge from the first bill I paid ( it wascheaper then mine). I don't mind paying what I owe. But hey just decided to do some math and change me a second time. I knowthat you can reverse charges made on a debit machine, they just didn't want to do it. Then they had all the information typedinto the machine when they brought it to me instead of going through the usual process of letting the customer go through allthe prompts. To top it off it was the festive special and I had to ask for our chocolates and coupon 3 times before we weregiven them. I wouldn't have cared but the kids with me were looking forward. My husband and I used to love going in there withour family but we will seriously consider other options now. People I told this story to were shock at the service and werealso surprised they didn't comp a meal or offer a discount. All I got was "well these things happen" Read more

I would highly recommend this restaurant. The food is delicious. The service is excellent. In addition, the staff is very... professional. These are three aspects that I consider when reviewing a restaurant. In all these three aspects, I would rate therestaurant as 5/5. Read more

After our 3rd visit to this restaurant this will be our last visit. Here is our experience. We came in for dinner with our 3... children. We ordered wings, ribs, burgers and pizza. They never gave us cutlery or side plates or extra napkins ?WINGS REMEMBER? to start. Never took the time to ask us how our first few bites are or if we wanted refills to our drinks. Then all five of their staff members started scrubbing the floors around the dinning tables mind you this was only 6:00pm ?Peak Dinner time?making a very loud scrubbing noise literally two tables from us? We had to say something to our server that this wasn?tacceptable. Also the lady who was helping washing the floors was the lady carrying out our food and just the thought of thatwas unsettling. Our server was asked to bring us out some dipping sauces for our wings? strange they don?t come with an order ofwings in the first place. She took 10 minutes to bring them out? mind you there was only 3 tables with other customers. Somehowwe managed to get through our meals that were overcooked, soggy fries. Our side with our wings was a salad where they put thehot chicken wings over half salad making the lettuce soggy as well. The kids got a free desert option from their kids meal andmy partner and I wanted to order dessert too but once the last child ordered the server literally just walked away and we had towave her back to get our order through? seemed her focus was to be social by the front bar area with the man who was scrubbingthe floor. After we left we laughed because we actually thought after eating we would have been greeted by a camera crew for aprank show but sadly this is the reality and culture of this Swisschalet Lethbridge. Second time here in two years. Second visit was worse than my first two years ago. Food was pricey but acceptable appearance... and taste. Service was extremely disappointing. Slow. Took forever to have server come around to take order and forever to getwhat was ordered. Meals weren?t delivered simultaneously so some of us ate way before others. There were 10 of us. 6 adults4kids. Server never brought silverware to the table so we Had to get our own silverware which we found on a shelf in therestaurant. I?ve been to the ones in Calgary which were much better but this one in Lethbridge gives Swiss chalet a bad name. Idoubt I?ll be back to the Lethbridge outlet. Read more

We arrived at Swiss Chalet at around 5:50 pm August 2nd. Our order was taken around 6 pm. I asked for a cup of tea and around... 6:15 she brings me a cup with water and the teabag in it. The tea was already stronger than I like it. Around 6:45 the waitresscomes over and says "I forgot what you ordered." We reorder our meals and at 7:03 we've had enough and walk out without ourmeals. One waitress to serve the whole restaurant. That is the last time we ever go to Swiss Chalet in Lethbridge. We ended upgoing to A&W and got better service. Read more

Good wine, surprisingly. I had a chicken club and a Caesar, and both were extremely adequate. The server was friendly and the... restaurant not too loud. If I had any complain it would be that the chicken club had too much chicken. It was like eating aquarter chicken wrapped in a tortilla. Would have benefitted from more lettuce, avocado, and something sour inside the wrap. Read more

Enjoyed our meals. Chicken and ribs are always good here. You definitely get lots of food! We had a gem of a gal, LEAH, who was... awesome at taking care of us. Washrooms were clean, service was great and a lovely atmosphere. Thank you LEAH! Read more
