Terrible customer service. Drive from the west side to use drive thru as I have a baby, got all the way home and had the wrong... 12 inch sub and the wrong soup. Paid $18 for the wrong order, and when I called they expected me to load my baby back up andbring it back to exchange it. They didn?t even offer to refund me, a gift card or anything. When I let them know theinconvenience they said then maybe we can give you a free 6 inch another time. I should have been offered a refund for theirmistake and the Inconvenience, not told to drive 20 minutes back to exchange their mistake. Will never return. Read more
