Best chicken in town. Service is really fast and food is served hot all the time.

We got our order, drove home (30min drive) opened it wrong order with the wrong receipt, drove back with the receipt but not the... food because why would you? They told us they couldn't do anything without giving the food back so we repaid for our food whichwasn't really that fresh or delicious and now I'm out about $46 or something so suffice to say I don't think I'd eat here again.Also the speaker is complete garbage. I pre-ordered and prepaid an upcharge for 6 breasts to be part of my 20 piece order as my 92 year old father prefers white meat... and it was his fathers day dinner. We waited 20 minutes at pick up as it was not ready as promised. Manager promised to reviewrecorded tapes regarding packaging of the chicken pieces & then never called back.(I told her I took pictures of what werecieved )They basically stole my upcharge as we did not recieve the breasts or the reply as promised to try to make it right.Chicken was just ok. It was only $7.00 lost on a pricey $63.00 for 20 pieces with biscuits but its the lack of integrity. Idon't recommend them at all as I got more than 1 lie in our dealings. When I feel like indulging myself without spending too much, I hit up the drive thru and am rarely unsatisfied. Even if I have... to wait, if they say it will be 6 minutes, its almost exactly 6 minutes. Could use a better speaker box, but other then that,great experience, always kind staff. Read more
