As the plant based chicken option has been removed my family and I will no longer be enjoying this chain. Back to KFC I guess.

The staff was really friendly and seemed decently clean. The food was just ok, nothing stands out. Probably wouldn't go back.

The person taking orders was rude. We got our food 10 min before closing and she kicked us out. Then we called the owner? or... manager? And he was equally as rude. I spent $33 on 2 people to eat and then they literally kicked us out. I appreciate theyhave to clean up, but then show that your dining room closes. I just can't imagine having a business and not wanting to satisfyyour customers. Then he got mad because his employee wasn't supposed to give us his phone number. Hahaha. I could barelyunderstand him, but I found it odd that a grown man who is the business owner, prefers the little girls working the cashregister to deal with customers complaints and he wants to be completely unaccountable. It actually wasn't a big deal to not eatin there, just odd that he was arguing with me on the phone and trying to tell me how grateful we should be that he served us.Most businesses thank you for your patronage. The spicy chicken sandwich is way too spicy, even as someone who enjoys really spicy food I found it unnecessarily spicy. The... potatoes were ok and the regular chicken sandwich was decent. Nothing special here. Service was pretty good. Wouldn't go out ofmy way to eat here again but if I was in the area and felt like a chicken sandwich I would eat there again but it's nothingspecial.
