The last several times we went to this store on the west side of Lethbridge, and I mean over a period of a year, there are a... couple young guys that make extremely sloppy icecream with effort so bad it ruined it for me several times now. Stale wafflecones, melted dripping icecream - and I mean sloppy and melted when we first get them. These guys have repeated put weirdmix amount of extras - like just not caring what goes in. We love the icecream, but are repeatedly getting soup for ouricecream. The young people are yelling at each other in the back and playing music. Extremely unprofessional and lazy. Read more

The icecream was good but we splurged on the dipped cones for the first time and were super disappointed with them. They tasted... old, stale and not like a waffle at all. We will come back for the icecream but won't ever get the dipped cones again. Read more
