I went to this location to start a job recently, but the night before my second shift my brother was feeling our mother?s death... had taken too much out of him, leading him down the darkest route, so I called the store because I didn?t remember the manager?snumber (second shift, plus I have bad memory) When answered I asked to speak with the supervisor or whoever was in charge then,and they obliged. I spoke about what was happening and my lack of being there the next day, then I asked if he could pleaserelay the message to Rick (the manager). He said he would, so I said ?thank you, take care? and hung up. At 4pm the next day, Iget a call from Rick letting me know I lost my job because ?I didn?t show up for work?. I was awake the entire night making sureI didn?t lose my only brother, yet was penalized harshly for it. Don?t go to this location, they?ll abuse you team member ornot. Read more

Terribly disappointed. We drove half an hour to get it. Definitely couldn't tell it was KFC. I could have done better at home... with Shake and Bake. Almost burnt, no seasonings, terribly greasy, gravy was horrible. Won't go there again. Read more

I was hoping some of the problems noted by last reviewers would be sorted out by now but our chicken was soggy and soo greasy... with an old oil taste. Used to love this as a very occasional treat but not sure I?ll be ordering KFC again. There are betterchicken places in town. Read more

I came in with my 2 young kids (5 and 3). One child wanted a cheeseburger and the other wanted popcorn chicken. As you know with... kids, they often want different things. So on the way I stopped and got a happy meal for the one and then we came in and ordered2 meals at KFC and sat to eat. The manager came out to tell me (in a very angry voice) how rude I was for bringing anotherrestaurants food into their store. Beyond feeling upset because I just paid money in this restaurant, I was humiliated in thedining area full of people. As a mom alone with my 2 young kids, I started packing up our lunches to go eat in the car. As I wasgoing so I was told We could finish our meals this time but not to do it again. Most upsetting out of all it it is how my 5 yearold was scared because we got in trouble. Just beyond poor customer service. Read more
