I am newbie online and since COVID-19 I have been using the internet regularily. I am a senior so I am naieve about security. I... made the mistake of ordering from KFC Portal. After my order was placed there was no record, no print-out and no evidence of myorder. Additionally, KFC has contracted-out their delivery to Skip-The-Dishes. Skip-The-Dishes has no mortar-and-bricklocation so finding my order that failed to be delivered was impossible. Plus none of the KFC locations here in Lethbridge wereable to confirm I had even placed the order. Sure enough though my credit-card was charged. I was given excuse after excuseand told even it was Skip's responsiblity. I blame Skip for failing to deliver and being dishonest enough not to give me arefund for a meal that obviously was never delivered. Shame on both KFC and Skip. I will NOT recommend either of thesebusiness to family and friends. I further encourage no one to use the KFC Portal as no evidence of your transaction is given. I would have given less than one star if I could. Absolute 'either'-net nightmare so expect your cash to vanish into'thin-air'. :( Read more
The service here has gone to garbage since the female employee with the dyed hair left, they advertise a 4 person chicken... sandwich meal that they don?t actually have, and it?s a roulette wheel on wether or not your order is correct. I ordered food through the KFC Canada website from this location for delivery to a hotel and I received my order but it was... missing the beverage and dipping sauces I ordered and PAID for. I phoned in to talk to the store and they told me they won'tsend me the parts of my order that are missing because they use a third party delivery service(skip the dishes or door dash)they won't tell me who it was so I could contact them myself. KFC told me it's not worth it to them to send my missing beverageand sauces out to me. They said I could drive there and pick it up which I told her it defeats the point of deliver and that I'mat a hotel with no vehicle because my truck broke down. So otherwards they charged me for my beverage and sauces and won't sendit to me. So they are allowing the delivery company to keep anything they want instead of delivering it. To me that isconsidered theft and obviously KFC is allowing them to steal from customers just because they are a third party deliveryservice. I find this unacceptable to customers to be treated so terrible and stolen from. Read more
Drove from Barons,Alberta for KFC. Disgusting. Chicken was dripping in grease. They also didn't give us our box of fries. Wasted... $20 in gas for lousy greasy Chicken and no fries. Very disappointed. Was always a fan of KFC but now I'm switching to marybrowns. Read more
Gave the double down a try at lunch it was pretty good it's been a whike since I've had one. It's way bigger then I recall.
Ordered a combo and didn't even get half of the things I should have. They shorted me my side and popcorn chicken, then gave me... the wrong receipt so I couldn't even do anything about it. I recommend going to Mary Browns or Popeyes instead. If you need KFCI'd say do not use the drive thru, so that you can check your order before you drive away. Read more
