The current owner is amazing, down to earth, friendly without being fake and very kind! And sooo many specials available. Got 2... for 1 bacon crumble, mushroom and pineapple with light tomato sauce. Very nice ingredients, bacon crumble could taste thesmokiness of the bacon, pineapple was juicy without being watery, could actually FIND AND taste the mushrooms and sauce wassimple but good flavour, wasn't slopped on. Cheese was a nice surprise, not at all greasy. Delivery was fast, very friendly andon time, pizza was extremely hot, unquestionably right from the oven. Will order again! Read more
We were in town for a soccer tournament and placed a very large order to serve our athletes and their families for supper. The... owner personally assisted with the delivery and took care to make sure all our needs were met. We had allergies and preferencesand he even took care to cut those pizzas with separate tools. Even though it was dinner hours, Saturday night of a busyprovincial-level tournament, he prioritized the order and even delivered 10 mins early! The pizza was delicious. Top-tier pizza with delicious toppings and a thin, yet still delicious crust! We also ordered their cheese bread and we're... gobsmacked with the size of the order! The restaurant itself was clean, tidy and very well-kept. The manager (or owner, wedon't know, sorry!) was incredibly invested in our experience with the food and restaurant and took every effort to ensure weenjoyed our dinner and were satisfied. You don't see customer service like that nowadays, he truly cared about our experienceand our opinion! Will absolutely do business with Family pizza again, and we are eager to order again! Stopped in to our 2 for 1 Family Pizza to get supper and the staff were very friendly, ordering was very easy on the app with... being able to pay in store was handy and the email discounts are great! We ordered 2 pizzas and the owner of the store was sofriendly and offered a free piece of pizza while I waited! The new management are excited to make sure the quality is top notch!The pizzas tasted great! Very hot and was ready in about 10 minutes! Highly recommend the family classic pizza and the dry ribs! Very easy to order online. The staff and owner are always so friendly when you go in! they make small talk while finishing up... your order. The pizza is very good, always hot, and priced right! (you get lots for your money) I've never had a bad pizza fromhere yet and the building is clean when you go in. Highly recommend!! Read more
