We ordered an ice cream birthday cake for my daughter's birthday. We asked for some mermaid decoration on the cake since that... was the party theme. The staff told us "No problem!" We were surprised by the cake we got. It was a Little Mermaid Ariel on thecake! Best looking cake I have ever seen. Thank you for the staff in DQ for the effort! Enjoyed my experience there. The young man that took my order was very kind and helpful. Our food was ready fast and it tasted... good. Only complaint is that there isn't much room for people to stand when waiting for their orders. Read more

I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket with ranch. The 4 "pieces" of chicken were tiny enough to be considered bites. There... was also no ranch to be found. This location is notorious for asking what dipping sauce I want and then just leaving it outaltogether. Although the chicken strips are really tasty, I will reconsider going there again because there is very littlechicken in the baskets now and $12-13 for mediocre fries and a drink is outrageous Read more

The absolute worst poutine I've ever had, it went in the garbage as it was totally inedible because of the gravy! We won't be... back!! What a waste of $45.00 Reply to Dairy Queen response!! Unfortunately this DQ is going down hill quickly. Burger was completely cold through drive through, went back in and had it... remade. Heard cook yell to supervisor, don't worry, I microwaved it twice as long! Remade burger was a soggy mess. Tried to goagain few days later and chicken strip basket had old chicken and old fries. Only good thing was the young lady at drive throughwas cheerful and pleasant. Worth driving across town to eat at one of the other two DQ who care more about quality control. Read more

I dont understand how the owners of this place let it run into the ground. Customer service at this location is just ...well... their isn't any. Tried to use a coupon from the App for my kids icecream cone, the girl working the till couldn't get it towork. Didn't offer any solution, didn't care to offer a solution, so I just continued on to pay full for the deal. With a5 yr old on an outing, I didn't want to make any sort of big deal about it and wanted his experience to be fun. Let me saythis, who ever manages this location needs to go. 1,2,3 times and it just gets worse. No employee smiles, no anything. Wewill make the trip to the south location for now on, as each time we have been there, it's been wonderful. Owner needs toclean house, starting with the manager. End of story. Read more

The children running the drive through were more interested in entertaining each other than doing their jobs. I had to repeat my... order 3 times through the girl's laughter, we watched them dump ice cream on the floor and when we got our order, I left half ofit behind because it was hot garbage. They probably would have spit in it if I had let them remake it. I'll drive across thecity rather than go back there. Children clearly need supervision. Read more

I ordered food through Uber eats and half of my food wasn?t delivered. We ordered 8 items and 4 arrived. I?ve had instances with... other places where an item was missed or something but I?ve never encountered half an order missing. The ice creams that didarrive were poorly mixed and not great. All together a horrible experience and I could not recommend this place any less. Read more
