Usually the food is great but my husband and I just had a chubby chicken meal and fries and wow the oil desperately needs to be... changed. The fries and chicken were very stale/old oil tasting. Please don?t skip that step in your cleaning duties guys! Yuck! Read more

They used base hand to prepare burger and food. Saw their hands touching raw vegetables and cheese. Asked them why they are... using base hand instead of wearing gloves. They say it is more sanitary using base hands than gloves. Gross! Read more
Pleasant staff. Clean kitchen. Prices are a bit high even if the quality is a bit above average. Unfortunately the burger I had... was over seasoned with seasoning salt and pop was a bit flat. Order was correct and fries were nice and hot. Read more
There approach to you know whole food ethically sourced I like the fact that when you bite into an A&W hamburger... It tastes... like a piece of meat! bite into a McDonald's hamburger and tell me if you taste meat. That's not meat that is a meat-likesubstitute taste created by McDevious with preservatives and chemicals and anti-barfing agents and God knows what else. So A&Wgets the only five star rating for a fast food chain restaurant ever given out by me. Read more
Personally I always enjoy eating here. It takes a little longer than macdonalds or some other place but the food is well worth... the wait. Sometimes you have to wait for good food. Read more
