I ordered their shrimp and eggplant with garlic sauce for delivery and specifically requested that the sugar was removed and... told her I had diabetes so it was very important it was. Without even checking with the kitchen first the lady over the phonesaid it could be done. I get my food, pay the 4 dollar delivery fee and 4 dollars in tip just to realize my food is very sweet.I call back and she offers no apology, only explaining she had called me and I didn?t answer. She told me to come back to therestaurant for a refund. I arrive to the restaurant, and she tells me to wait and is on the phone for 5 minutes which I assumeis the boss. She offers again no apology and asks me to wait an hour for a refund on my card or I can just get refunded by cash.On top of this she negates 4 dollars from my refund for delivery fees. I used to eat at this restaurant a ton but it changed in the last few years to a new restaurant and new name and I hadn?t tried... it yet. I went through the drive through. The girl was very friendly and quick there were 3 cars in front of me. I got theshrimp lomein dinner for $10.25 came with the shrimp lomein, fried rice, egg roll and I got wonton soup even through they hadother options. The shrimp lomein was delicious the shrimp could have used a little bit more seasoning but I added a little saltand pepper and it fixed it right up. I didn?t care too much for the fried rice but it was still good not my favorite personallybut I am a noodle person anyways. The egg roll was delicious and the soup omg so good I wish I had gotten 2. I also orderedthe crab Rangoon which came with 3. The noodles are my favorite and I will definitely still be coming back. Total I spent $15not bad for Sunday dinner. If you are looking for some fresh delicious affordable Chinese options definitely give this place atry. The lomein was by far my favorite can?t wait to go back for more. Read more
Recently renovated restaurant serving up a variety of delicious Chinese dishes with generous portions. We stopped by for lunch... and there were plenty of tables available. Our server was friendly and gave us excellent service. Will definitely return! Read more
This place has great prices on lunch specials, some starting $6.50, these meals elsewhere would cost over $12. The food was... steaming, their fried rice had black pepper which adds a unique flavor. It was delicious. The staff was very friendly and dottedon my little niece making sure she was happy with her food and even offered to change the t.v program to a child network. Read more
If there was a zero (0) rating, I wouldn't hesitate from giving it to this restaurant. I've ordered a couple times from this... restaurant, it has been an average customer service, but last week was the height of my disappointment. So, I ordered theirchicken wings and this wasn't my first time tho... I've had to make do with this mainly when it's the closest to me. But thisvery night, I called in this double order, picked up and only to see that what was packed for me when I got home was baked wingsor what I don't know, wings was littered with flour, no seasoning and undone flour. The picture says it all. I returned therestaurant, and nicely showed the lady what we given to me, she boldly said that what the wings should be. When I emphasizedthat this wasn't my first time ordering from them, was the point she looked at her wrist watch to check if she had time.. andall she said is "If you want, I can remake it for you." Anyways, at that point... I saw the reluctancy on her face, andindirect hesitation, no atom of apologies was offered, neither was she ready to make it up with a better customer service.
