This is one of San Antonio?s best brunches (only served Saturday) and at the risk of making my wait longer, you should not miss... eating here. You seat yours and grab a menu on the way in. Menu is small but I like that, too many choices take too long to decide. Metal... utensils, ceramic plates and cloth napkins. Waitress can by shortly after I sat down. Ordered the tomato soup, a cup, andmeatloaf (comfort food!) Got the soup without croton. And no bread which I think must come with the meal. The soup was verygood with melted cheese on top. A bowl would make an excellent lunch with some bread. Meat loaf was delicious and well platedwith a bed of mashed potatoes and asparagus. Amazing food every time I go. I always like to try the specials of the day, and their sweet tea is the best. The staff is super... friendly and welcoming, especially the chef and his wife. This place never disappoints. Read more
