But wanted to give a shout out to the crew here... after a recent visit where the guy in front of me ordered an irresponsible amount of food. Online orders are consistently wrong. When it gets brought up to the staff its typically met with a rude response or an... attitude. It's the closest one to our house but its not worth going there anymore if orders are always wrong. We have foodallergies and can't risk our health being given the wrong order. Read more
A very rude woman most everyone who works here is either high or a jerk. Place gone way way down. No good dd anymore it's over... run by rude or incompint at making a coffee. Update . Bought a Hot latte took 3 sips started puking for 30 minutes. Are youkidding me dd. Brunette manager I believe is awful to her coustermers. No coffee talent or personality. Legit grinch. Read more
This is by far the worst dunkins I have ever been to. My order is continuously wrong every time I go. I decided to go in and... order, asked for well done avacado toast, waited ten minutes to open it and find it was not toasted ONE bit! It says toast darkon the receipt! They are extremely unorganized and always trying to charge me the wrong amount. The only reason I go there isbecause it?s so close to my house, never again! Best Dunks around! There?s a few ladies who?ve worked there for years (Amanda is awesome) and they are always wicked fast,... hard-working, and friendly. Also, Rigo, Robert and Ethan are always smiling and you can tell they really care about getting yourorder right. Top-notch crew! :) Read more
This is by far the best dunkin donuts I've ever been too. The manager keeps her workers happy and alert and it's well worth... making a trip to get your coffee here. They say your workers will work as good as you treat them and this shows very wellbecause of how thw workers are and this leads to exactly how awesome the manager is. She leads the team to excellence in everyway shape and form !! Read more
This was the best Dunkin experience I?ve ever had! I went through the drive through and the woman over the intercom was so... incredibly kind and patient while I was ordering. When I got to the window, I was asked if I wanted ketchup or anything extrawith my food- the workers wanted to make sure everything was accounted for, and I?m so grateful for that as a customer. On topof all this, the food was cooked to perfection! No burnt bits on my bagel, and my coffee was delicious (not to sweet). Amazingexperience with quick and extremely kind service.
