I placed a pick up order for a burrito bowl and was very disappointed. The picture really doesn?t do it justice, but there was... hardly any food in this container. I could barely see the rice!! I had to dig around to see it!! The container is less thanhalfway full. I called the store twice to request a refund because I had already gotten to work at this point, but both times noone answered!! $12 wasted!! What they gave me was worth $4!! First of all on a normal day only open till 6:00 p.m. The one in Shrewsbury is open until 10:00 p.m. But very rarely do they... have a normal day... When they are open they're only taking online orders and no customers in-store. Now they have a plumbingissue going on for God knows how long. So, just closed. How long does it take to get a plumber for a business that's supposed tobe profitable? The staff is generally rude if you complain, and rarely is the place clean. The trash cans are overflowing whenthey are open for in-dining. Tables are rarely cleaned even when they're not busy. This is the most pathetic style I have seen abusiness run. Honestly, with all of the one star reviews that you have how are you staying open? Quite honestly how are youmaking any money? It would be nice to see another owner takeover this business because since you have opened your location ithas been awful. I remember wishing that we get a Chipotle in our area, but unfortunately it has been disappointing since dayone. You are failing on every level and as an owner you seem incredibly inept! Read more
Ive given this place three separate chances, no one seems to care there. They're always out of food items. The last time I... ordered delivery all I got was rice and beans on my burrito. Apparently they're out of every other ingredient that I ordered,imagine ordering a Big Mac at McDonald's and only getting lettuce and a bun. Ordered and paid for food online and the doors were locked when I showed up at 5 pm. The sign on the door says that no customers... were allowed inside so I waited in the designated parking spot for a long time. The two employees were inside ?working? howevernot sure what they were doing because no food was leaving the building? No one even answered the phone when I called. What anabsolute joke. Worst place every. I never leave reviews. But they get one. I ordered a steak bowl only cheese rice and pinto beans. What I... get a bowl rice lettuce and black beans. Pay 21 dollars for it. The employees were great. We ordered food and when we checked out they told us that you can only purchase chips online. So after... we spent money on the meal, and sat down, we ordered chips online. So after the extra headache, we were able to grab chips morethan ten minutes later. The employees had to then verify the mobile order, and it took several more minutes for them to get usthe chips. Possibly the worst Chipotle I've been to. Management here doesn't know what they're doing. They're constantly out of food. This... is not a logistical issue. This is them not prepping properly. They use excuses such as short staff yet there are multiple staffmembers just standing around in the back. I think this is the worse chipotle I have ever been to. I have gone here several times since we moved out here trying to give... them the benefit of the doubt since I know they were super short staffed at one point due to Covid. Things have cooled down andI just tried them once again and my bowl was horrendous. Barely got steak which I guess was for the better since the steak wasso hard and chewy.
