I went inside to get a late lunch. This new Wendy's across from Food City is much smaller, but they didn't have much space to... build between two businesses. It seems to cater more to the E-commerce crowd, which is good. You order on the app or two smallcomputer screens as you go in the door. There's very little seating because of this. More fast food restaurants are convertingto this type of business. You order through the app to go or go through the drive-thru. We usually go through the drive-thru,but today I ate inside. The lady that waited on me was nice and I got my chilli cheese fries quick. I ordered 3 large Frostiestto go and got them fast, too. Everything was good, as usual. I?ve attempted to eat here 3 times and every time I?ve had the same rude woman lie to me saying they?re closed after watching... her come from inside to smoke a cigarette. Usually don't leave comments but since this Wendy's opened, the food, service and quality have been excellent. The burger,... chicken sandwich and Fries were hot fresh and well made. We have used the self order kiosk inside, we've ordered from teammembers at counter and used the drive through. The restaurant is clean, efficient, seems well run and appreciate your business. Even the frosty machine was operating each time we visited! Perhaps Wendy's can train the staff at Freddy's! Read more
Gimme the old LC Wendy's that served you back. I've had bad experiences at Wendy's but this was the worst. I don't typically... leave bad reviews but they wouldn't serve us. Stood there about 5 mins. The employees also saw us standing there straight upignoring us. Came in about 8:00 PM. Owner should be ashamed. At least tell us you're understaffed instead of pretending wedon't exist. I did say "Hello?" after waiting a minute at the drive up menu with no greeting. The staff was friendly and eager to make sure... my order was correct and everything rung in properly as I saw it on the screen. I was happy to finally try the strawberryflavored Frosty I'veheard so much about! It was yummy. The grilled chicken sandwich I ordered was dry, but still tasty. Iespecially like the bacon jam, onion straws, and cheddar cheese sauce that topped the chicken. The fries were fresh and theymade sure to get my extra cup of pickles that I asked for. I appreciate the lady that took my order and got me the correctchange for my cash payment. She was sweet and real. Came through drive thru at 9:30. They have you sit for 10 minutes without taking your order hoping you will drive off. They also... turn light off on menu hoping you think they are closed. Then when we ordered everything we ordered they said they were out of.So no bacon. No chicken nuggets. No chicken sandwiches. ???? Read more
This location has fresh food and is very clean. It is also conveniently located close to the interstate.
