Santa doesn't like to do bad reviews but this Subway is so under par that it's not funny. We arrived around 7:20 PM and there... was no one in sight. We stood there about a minute and then called out "Hello?" No answer ... Heard two young ladies jibberjabbering away in the back .... We waited another couple of minutes and then called out "is anyone here?" This went on and onfor several tries over another 5 minutes before someone came out! I ordered my usual Footlong BMT Melt with double meat (I eatthis once a week). The first thing she did was cut the bread and then smash it thin ... WTH ... Then I had to correct the girlseveral times because she was shorting my order by not putting the right number of slices of meat and cheese. I still somehowended up with less meat than a normal order. Then when the sub was put in the bag and cooked, it was handed to me still cold.Santa says STAY AWAY from this Subway!!! Read more

Google states they are open until 10:00pm. I walked in at 9:30pm and they were cleaning up and refused to serve me. I wont... bother going to this subway again. If your hours are different than posted online, you should correct it. Read more

So I ordered my food yesterday day and it was all messed up. I called and told a lady that I would like to have my order... replaced at least and that I understand mistakes and she said she couldn't because she wasn't a manager and hers had leftalready for the day and so I waited until the next day to get my order. I called once and got hung up on before I could even sayanything. I called back explaining what happened and they said they would go ahead and start on the remake. I told her I was atwork and in a bit of a hurry she said okay and when I got there which was 10 min later, they still hadn't even started my order,nor was I even greeted. They weren't busy at all. Terrible experience, I will be sure to order from the subway down the roadfrom this one. I was happy that they agreed to replace the order but everything thus far hasn't been very satisfactory. I'vebeen standing in this store for already 6 minutes infront of the make line and no one has said anything to me. Very very slow. Lady walked away before my card came through when I was paying and when it did she was helping other customers... and kept looking at me like I was crazy and didn't ask anything. Should not even be a 1 star review. The people making the sandwiches were terrible. Barely put anything on the sandwich and when... asked to put a bit more got sassy saying it would be a fee. When asking what we wanted on our sandwiches, the one girl rolledher eyes and acted as if she had better things to do. She slammed the bread down on the counter like she was upset or something.I don't care if you're in training or what, there's no reason to act that way. If you don't like your job, quit. Read more
