If I could give 0 or even negative stars, I would. I was even there a while ago and I'm still pressed so I had to leave a... review. have never experienced customer service this bad and I'm also pretty sure the lady who helped me (if you could call ithelp) was even a part management. Wanda just seemed lazy and burdened by anything I specified. And She was even rude to heremployees as well. And to top it all off, I'm pretty sure I heard her call me a t*at when I was walking out. I frequently use this subway just because the customer service is so good.
I am a relatively frequent customer and used to enjoy their food and still do enjoy the employees. This was until the store... manager (Wanda) decided to make everyone in the store miserable by firing one of her best employees earlier this week. Wanda hadfired this employee simply out of spite and pettiness towards them. The employee asked for the reason they were being "let go"and when Wanda stated that "you may listen, but others don't". And whenever the employee tried to speak they were interrupted bythe store owner (Gary). After trying to speak she was interrupted again by Gary stating he was going to call the Police thenasked "What's the number". (CONSIDER THIS IS YOU WANT TO WORK HERE. we have video and photo evidence to prove all of this.) None of the management are good... people. Wanda likes to constantly run her mouth and speak things that aren?t true to you, customers, and employees. she rarelyfollows dress code, rarely does her job, and leaves every truck day and thinks her employees haven?t caught on. This placereally does have SOME good employees and great people. Gary (the store owner) Likes to cause way more problems and stick up forpeople in the wrong. Wanda and Gary decided to fire a great employee today who has called out once in 10 months, always in dresscode and who is nice to her coworkers and the customers. But you wanna guess why she got fired? Because Wanda is the pettiest 37year old i?ve ever met. She quite literally acts like she?s in high school. Ignores her best employee for a month and then firesher because everyone in the store likes her and Wanda doesn?t. I was there yesterday. When I walked in they were preparing orders for online orders so I was just standing there below the... "order here" sign. Stood there around 5 mins and a young gentleman said, "don't you hate it when they stand there and look atyou?". The middle aged lady helping with the order then said, "yep, I hate it when they do that". Well I am not an idiot andknew they were talking about me standing and waiting (patiently I might add) to have my order taken. After around 7 mins I wasfinally asked "what do you want?" by the middle aged lady. I gave her my order and she threw a half Hazzard sandwich together,then the younger gentleman took over at the veggie station where he proceeded to sparingly put on frozen lettuce and the rest ofmy veggies. I was then rung up by another women. I was never thanked nor did I ever feel welcomed. I am not sure where we havegone wrong in the service industry to where we are rude to customers and talk about them in their face and think it is ok. Iproceeded to complete a review from the parking lot and received a form letter back from Corporate. Needless to say I will notbe returning to this location (I am aware this will not hurt business but it shows how terrible we have become as a human race).That all being said the inside looked amazing and dining area seemed very clean and fairly new. Ordered 2 sandwich platters for a party. When ordered online, it showed that each sandwich would have cheese, lettuce, and... tomato. When I got home with the boxes, I opened the wrappers and the sandwiches only had meat. Had to tell people at the partythat I had to go back to this subway just to get the missing stuff. So had people waiting on sandwich stuff that was supposed tobe included. Read more
