Typical Starbucks, had to drive through which was handy. During peak hours they usually do not allow Order ahead so that was... kind of annoying. I hate to be that person who makes a bad review because I love this location usually. But, I won?t be giving them my service for... awhile. I keep ordering modifications to my drink like caramel drizzle and not receiving it on/in my drink but yet still gettingcharged for it? Not cool. Especially when I don?t have time to get a remake. For some reason this particular Starbucks makes really weak coffee. It's been a problem since they first opened that their... drinks are not up to par with other Starbucks in the area. I am an avid Peppermint Mocha drinker and when ordered somewhere elsethey are rich, creamy, and taste like they've been made with Starbucks signature dark roast coffee. If I'm paying this much fora coffee, I don't want it to taste like flavored warm milk that's extra bland. I even add an extra shot of espresso because Iwork really long hours some days.. Also, this is a Starbucks issue as a whole, my order was wrong yesterday but there's nowhereto message anyone. You can leave a review or call a busy store or maybe jump through 6000 hoops to try to send a message, I gaveup after being redirected to the ask a question screen 85 times. I love going to the lenoir city Starbucks! Everytime I go the same guy is always at the window and he speaks and is engaging and... always has a smile on his face. I'm not say that the others are not friendly, I just have not had an experience with them yet.But this young man needs a pat on the back for a well job done. I love this location it's close to home for me and Dre always does an amazing job and gets my order exactly right! Very nice... employees with really great attitudes both pleasant and kind and everybody has a smile on their face! It's nice to walk into anestablishment and feel like you're not ruining somebody's day all because they don't want to be at their job. I don't know howStarbucks assembled this location group of people but they really are hard workers and they really go above and beyond! Read more
On vacation and my sister and I decided to stop by and grab a coffee. We love Starbucks and were excited to see one on the way... to our destination.
