I told them no lettuce on my burger and they left it on there and gave me BBQ sauce instead of my honey mustard and didn't bring... the marinara for my mozzarella cheese sticks. I even asked for the sauces while ordering my food. Read more
this sonics location refused to make me a drink and milkshake the way I ordered it. made me wait for extended amount of time... just for someone else to come take my order all over again. they were rude and very unacommodating. also when I finally got myorder half of it was missing. very disappointing experience, I guess I will spend more money and time at A&W Read more
Paid $10 for $4 worth of food. Popcorn chicken was tough. Frito chili burrito the size of a protein bar. Only positive was... churro shake, tasted good. But they shoved the actual churro to the bottom of the cup... Didn't even know it came with that.Tough, tastless and disappointing from sitting frozen at bottom of cup. If you do the 2 for 5, don't get the frito chiliburrito, that used to be priced at $1 only 2 or 3 months ago, it should not even be on the menu for more than a $1.50. How canyou charge two and a half times as much for a morsel of chili cheese and corn chips. Read more
We stopped by on Saturday night and Sonic was obviously very understaffed. The manager was actually delivering all the orders to... the cars. What a hard-working man! He did not miss a beat. He apologized that our food was a little late, but it wasn?t bad atall. It was fresh and we had no complaints. We will definitely be back to this location. Read more
I've given this location a bad review a couple years ago but decided to give them a chance today. I sat waiting long enough for... the "red button activated" to clear itself twice. On the 3rd attempt someone finally took my order. I had to repeat my drinkorder 3xs and she tried to add all the mistakes to the order with it. Finally got her to understand. Then I waited 10 minutesfor a Slush. The picture shows the time I ordered and my clock shows when I got it. That's, in total, almost a half hour for 1slush. Disappointed would be an improvement. The Lenoir City Sonic Drive-in is consistently bad food and service. I order two large tots and they were not even filled up. ... I wish I could say I had a road snack on the way home and that's why there are not many tots. Imagine my disappointment when Igot home to open the bag and we hardly had any tots. And no, they didn't fall out in the bag either. There were just hardly anyin the packaging. Also, this is the second time that I have ordered cheese fries and I get fries with cheese and chili. Notonly that -- poorly made. It looked gross, smelled gross and tasted awful. Sonic should do better and be consistent. Unfortunately, our Sonic is just good at being consistently horrible. I ordered everything on the app. There should have been nomistakes or miscommunication. Do better. Read more
We stopped by Sonic to get a couple of milkshakes. Every other lane was roped off and there was a sign saying they were hiring... for $12 an hour. We only saw one girl working and taking food to the cars. Still, considering they were short on help we gotour milkshakes and didn't have to wait too long. Any other time that we've eaten here it's a lot faster~~ they always do a goodjob. Read more
Had to hit the button 2 times for my order to be taken and I told them 2 kids meal and didn?t event get that!!!
