Very disappointed in this papa John?s. We have been ordering from here for a few years but I think it?s been taken over by new... management because tonight I went in and there were only 2 employees working and they were stressed and understaffed. I talkedto the lady and the front and she apologized that our order was going to take 2 hours. I looked down and there were dead roacheson the floor. I will not be going back here. Read more
Food took an hour and a half to get here and the pizza looked pitiful. Yikes
The General Manager Robert has as much enthusiasm as anyone I have ever been in contact with. I had placed an order online and... somehow I managed to place my order without cheese on the pizza. They rushed another pizza to me with no questions. Bestcustomer service and management I have ever been a witness to. Fantastic pizza as well!!! I never expected such great customerservice from a pizza store. They will always have my business. Go team Robert at Papa Johns in Lenoir City, Tennessee!!! Youneed to experience this great place. My husband ordered at 6:20pm & 2 1/2 hrs later no pizza. Called the store & manager said he doesn?t have to give a explanation... of what?s going on at their store as he screamed at my husband & hung up on him. Worst customer service ever..never again orderfrom them. Read more
NY STYLE with extra cheese plus jalapeño and pepperoni and sausage was excellent! It?s that sweet foldable crust and I added... pepperoni sausage and jalapeño. The sausage wasn?t Italian so be specific if you want that. Read more
5/6 ordered a pizza and 2 sodas thru door dash. Order came quickly but only had 1 soda. Called store and he said it wasn't his... problem. The driver had said that they only gave him 1. Smart alec store guy said it was drivers responsibility to check orderand what did I want him to do? I said bring my $2 soda. He said what does money have to do with it? He again said it wasn't hisissue to take care of even tho the food came from his store. I said must be nice having a job where Accountability for screwingup an order can be passed off on someone else and then he hung up on me. Customer satisfaction evidently means nothing to thisparticular employee, He'd rather say It's not his problem instead of taking care of the fact that his store messed up the orderfor the door dash driver but would rather place the blame on the driver who isn't responsible for filling the order in the 1stplace. Unbelievable pee poor customer service at this store. No southern hospitality here. I?ve ordered delivery from this location for years. I?ve ALWAYS had the sweetest delivery drivers and have never had problems.... Last night (1/22/22 around 7pm) I got a call that they were short handed on a few drivers and the wait would be longer thanusual. The woman was so polite and apologetic - I told her no worries I?d come to get it. I get there, you can tell they aresuper busy but the same woman helped check my order out and get me my pizza. She was beyond nice with a smile on her face. In atime where we are all so stressed and over worked - she made sure to stay positive and happy. Something I?m noticing less andless often.
