Very disappointed in this papa John?s. We have been ordering from here for a few years but I think it?s been taken over by new... management because tonight I went in and there were only 2 employees working and they were stressed and understaffed. I talkedto the lady and the front and she apologized that our order was going to take 2 hours. I looked down and there were dead roacheson the floor. I will not be going back here. Read more
Food took an hour and a half to get here and the pizza looked pitiful. Yikes
The General Manager Robert has as much enthusiasm as anyone I have ever been in contact with. I had placed an order online and... somehow I managed to place my order without cheese on the pizza. They rushed another pizza to me with no questions. Bestcustomer service and management I have ever been a witness to. Fantastic pizza as well!!! My husband ordered at 6:20pm & 2 1/2 hrs later no pizza. Called the store & manager said he doesn?t have to give a explanation... of what?s going on at their store as he screamed at my husband & hung up on him. Worst customer service ever..never again orderfrom them. Read more
