30 minute wait with 1 car in front of me, still have the 2 for $2 pie sign up but we're regular priced, said the promotion had... ended, the card machine was down, supposedly, so it was cash only. Probably better off closing the doors and sending theiremployees to another location if they're short handed. This is beyond ridiculous. Read more
Very nice employees. They fixed me a special drink, when I asked for an iced coffee. There wasn't a sugar-free option already on... the menu. They fixed one special for me! They treated me very kindly on a very hot day. I appreciated their kindness! Read more
It's a McDonald's so could never be a 5 star. My wife's chicken was ridiculously tough, like a car tire. I literally could not... penetrate it with my teeth. We had to ask at the counter for napkins, ketchup, salt and pepper, even though the covid era isbasically over, but employees walked back and forth not stopping to ask what I needed. I flagged the manager and asked for saltand pepper, he muttered something I couldn't hear and went straight back the the drivethru window. I yelled to another employeepassing by and he got me the stuff..should have left my invisibility cloak at home. My spicy chicken sandwich was welllubricated, innards shooting all over the place with every bite... Lots of fries though. Read more
Dependably slow and understaffed. Never "fast" food by any stretch of the imagination. Half the times I have tried to get food... here, I ended up giving up and leaving before having my order taken. Basically having given up trying to eat here at all now.Usually just a waste of time unless you happen to be the only customer in the building. Read more
"only serving fries and drinks right now", I placed my order online and the employee said "pull up to the window and I'll see... what I can do", then at the window said "I'll go make this but it may take a minute". In other words: they didn't feel likemaking food but realized we already paid so they couldn't deny it. Read more
It's okay. I mean, it's McDonald's, not Cafe Ritz. I was able to get a McMuffin after 10, which I appreciated, but only because... they had one left, which was over done- probably from sitting under the heat lamp. It is very clean and the staff are courteous. Read more
Very clean, newer, extremely friendly staffed McDonald?s. This McDonald?s location is settled inside of the loves travel stop... gas stations, it?s open 247 365 and everything you can expect from a McDonald?s in regards of food, drinks and other snacks.What this McDonald?s makes so special is that the staff is just plain out very friendly, and professional. Reached around 12:30 AM, try to order but the clerk says first "training is going on , we can't take order" . I request to... kindly take my order and then second clerk said " system is done ". But in reality I can the staff on there phones having fun.If you don't want to take orders after midnight then why say is 24 hours. Or just the clerks here just want to sleep aftermidnight and just make hourly money. Owner needs to look into this unethical and unprofessional clerks. Read more
