I went through at 2:30 am the other day. The first time I went through I received warm fries, and EXTREMELY cold food after... waiting about 10 minutes. I went back though because I hadn?t left and was ask to pull up to the window to wait for them to be?cooked fresh.? I get them pull up to check them, and I was given more cold ones that were soggy with the cheese unmelted? So, Iwent back through and said, ?I don?t mind waiting as long as needed but could I please have some hot Krystal burgers?? And themanager said ?just pull around we are giving you a refund. You can go somewhere else.? I have went through the location inKnoxville all the time and receive hot Krystal?s with melted cheese. I was EXTREMELY unsatisfied with my visit!!! Read more
Monday September 26, 2022. The food was fine, but the lady cleaning right by us spraying something that smelled like Pine Sol. ... We asked one woman who came out and asked her to please more the cleaning stuff away from us while we were trying to eat. Ihave asthma and it was killing me. Then the lady takes a cloth and sprays it about 6 ft from us to go clean the windows. Weasked her to STOP since we were trying to eat, she says NO I'M CLEANING THIS PLACE UP, sorry if you don't like it! We HAD toleave, she wouldn't stop and let us know how she couldn't care less about us being customers! Rude, rude rude. Read more

Never been before. Very similar to white castle and I would have a hard time choosing which is better. My one complaint was that... I tried the wings and the drum sticks where to large for their microwave. The bone and surrounding meat was cold in the center. Read more
Well last year I had a burger it was awful.. This year I had there and it tasted like it was watered down and no it wasn't... because my taste buds were off because of the virus. It was nasty so one star for me. I hope this restaurant gets better Read more
Considering there was only 2 people working they hustled & did what they could. Yes we waited a lil longer than usual but we... were sitting in an air conditioned car while they were in the heat running in and out from car to car. Thanks guys. They need togive you 2 a raise. Read more
Due to a food allergy I ordered some Krystal's with no onions, in the past at other Krystal's they came out perfect and wasn't a... problem. But the ones we got was loaded with onions. When I showed them to the worker they told us they had to cook them withonions and just to scrape off what they missed and shrugged us off. I just gave them to my son and went elsewhere, this isunacceptable as a restaurant and thankfully it's just a allergy that causes GI issues, if it would have have been more seriousthis could be potentially very harmful for someone. I went in to place my order because this Krystal?s location is pretty consistent in getting orders wrong. (Went against my... better judgment.) i had to explain my order four times to the cashier. At one point, they tried to add a combo that I didn?teven ask for. Finally paid and got my bags. Surprise! They forgot part of my food. I will never, ever go back to that oneagain. Read more
