I love this place. My favorite Italian restaurant. Great lunch specials. The chicken marsala is amazing.
Highly Recommend !! We are from out of town and were sending a meal to a local family after the loss of a loved one . The owner... was super nice guy and went above and beyond and even delivered the meal himself on his off day . Come to find out thefamily?s favorite place to eat was Joe?s Italian. We have eaten at Joe's many times and I am sorry to say today was the last time. First - after making a reservation and... confirming it we were told we had none and we were ushered to the outside patio and told by the young lady at the door - this isall we have. Okay it was a nice night so this will work - and noted how abrupt and unpleasant she appeared tobe. Unfortunately she also turned out to be our server. Have no idea what her name was since she did not share it - she haddark hair in a ponytail and a green clover tatoo on her arm. Throughout the entire evening she was rude and abrupt. She tookour order - while we were waiting never asked us if we wanted anything else to drink or refills. Never asked if we wanted anappetizer or water. 4 of us got the dinners which included a beverage - never asked if we wanted a beverage. My friend had abeer questioned, her demeanor and her tone was that of being annoyed so he said forget it and drank water. Meals were brought -never returned to ask if we needed anything, how the food was etc. NEVER returned to our table until she was walking with thebill and realized we also get dessert with our dinners. This little restaurant is perfect! The service is great, the staff is friendly and best of all the food is just amazing! In my... opinion, this is the best Italian restaurant in Lenoir City yet! The food is delicious! My husband loves their pasta, and I lovelove love their thin Crust stone oven pizzas!!! They are the best! 100% recommended Edit: I have come to this restaurant a bunchand I wanted add to the review just to shout out some recognition to our server Scott. He's a really sweet gentleman who willmake you feel like royalty because of his manners, and how attentive and cordial he is. He tends to your table very diligentlyeven after you have paid. Save your money and taste buds. GO Elsewhere!!!! Don't even consider this spot ever. This is the sadest excuse for Italian. This... place needs to go out of business yesterday. It's that bad. I'm a huge fan of Italian.. I'm from the NYC area and eat at littleItaly NYC even have been to Italy a few times. The sauce here is SO watered down.. and spices.. more like what spices.. ittasted like watery cardboard. -You know it's honestly so hard to even explain what I put into my mouth. First bite and I had tospit it out. The Italian bread is the boxed one you buy at Walmart. This is not worth anyone's money. The beer on tap had a badtaste to it.. so means the temperature that it's held at is wrong.. and the soda I received.. was all syrup.. nocarbonation. This is the nastiest place I've ever eaten at. And never shall I return here nor ever recommend this to anyone. Wish I could give 10 stars. Joe?s took the best care of my parents on a recent visit. My Mom has mobility issues and benefits... from a gluten free diet. Joe?s staff went above and beyond to accommodate my folks. They rightfully earned customers for life.Beyond grateful. Read more
Cheese ravioli is better frozen from the grocery store. For the same price you can get double the amount at Olive Garden. The... drinks either are all syrup and no carbonation or all carbonation and no syrup. The pizza also was nothing to write home about. Read more
Excellent service, very good Caesar salad and pizza, also really good value. Highly recommend.
