I may have found one of the top 3 worst restaurant in lenoir city, this, little Ceasars pizza or the local Wendy's (before the... new location). I placed an order for one large pastrami sub and one cookie. I placed the order at 3:45pm. There was one customerwhen I arrived at 3:55pm. The manager (middle aged with long black hair) behind the counter was talking with her employees aboutan order coming up instead of making food. I counted 3 employees at the time with 3 more coming in at 4pm to work. I finallyrecieved my sandwich without any communication about my order at 4:11 pm. The manager did not direct any of the employees.Seems like a very lax place. No urgency, at all. The lady (manager) making our sandwiches was wearing gloves but did not have ahair net or hat on and has very long hair probably around 3 to 4 feet long. I will not be returning to this establishment. Ifyou are going to charge me $13 for a under sized sandwich when I can buy a far superior one, with a cleaner environment andfriendlier staff at Publix or many other places than you should at least fix these issues. It should not take 20 min to get onesandwich. Update: I have finished my sandwich (pastrami) it was excellent. So, while the sandwich was very good it is not worthit. My 2 star review is on the establishment and management itself, the customer experience. Not on the taste and quality of thesandwich itself. I also had a sugar cookie and that too was very good. I would recommend firehouse subs at another location justnot at lenoir city. Read more
My husband and I placed our to go order for two Hook and Ladders. We have always enjoyed them, but tonight my husband did not. I... requested no lettuce on his and thats about all that was on his sandwich. He ended up not eating it at all. We also ordered twochocolate chip cookies....... didn't even get those. So lesson here is check your order before leaving the store! Read more
I visited the lenoir city tn location a couple weeks ago and the staff was very friendly and helpful.. Unfortunately my food... wasn't. I ordered a hook and ladder and I don't know what all they put on it because it was my first time. But that was theworst tasting sandwich I have ever had literally. I could have had bologna and tomato at home and it would have been 5 stars forsure unlike the disgusting sandwich that was sold to me that day... You can?t go wrong with the Hook & Ladder! This sandwich is served heated and the bread is soft. The medium size is a perfect... size, if you?re not super hungry you can save the other half for later. They do have a rewards program that allows you to earnpoints for free food. I love sandwiches and this is one of my favorite places! Read more
This place is always great. Staff r always nice n welcoming. Inside is always clean n neat. The sandwiches r always perfect. If... u like subs, Firehouse is the place 2 go. The prices r a bit more but the sandwiches r worth it. Much better than Subway. Read more
I would have to agree with all of the customers from the last 7 months. No sense of urgency at all. Told us almost 10 minutes... after we ordered that they were out of meatballs & needed to heat some up. All 4 of the employees there seemed to be in a fog &if they had any training they need to be retrained. No lettuce on my sandwich. It took 30 minutes in total for our order whichwe ended up taking to go. We spent spent $40.00 on 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks & 2 chips which is ridiculous to even say out loud. Basically if you are not in a hurry & want to spend $40.00 on some poorly made sandwiches then this is the place for you.
