This place was absolutely horrible. There were 3 employees working, no customers and no one was doing anything. I mean, it was... all I could do to get anyone to acknowledge that I was there. You couldn't sit at any table because the table and chairs were sodisgusting, they looked like they hadn't been cleaned all week. The people who were there were rude and seemed very unhappy tobe working. The latte I ordered with an extra shot of espresso had no espresso. It was milk and flavor and that's it. So ibrought it back inside and told the guy that there was no espresso in my drink. After looking at me like I was crazy, the guyfinally said "so what, you want it remake it or something". I surely won't be visiting that Dunkin Donuts again any time soon. Ithink they need someone in there making sure these young employees are doing their jobs. Read more
I used to love this Dunkin but it has gone down hill. The service the last few times has been very rude. This last time the... restaurant was so filthy. All surfaces of the restaurant were messy some how. The drunk I got had some black dust on the lid. Ihad to go was it off before I drank it. The donuts were very messy like a kid made them. I will find a different donut shop togo to in the future. Read more
Went through the drive through at 1pm on Friday and the employee at the drive through window apparently doesn't like his job... because he had an attitude. I said please and thank you with no response from him. Nice customer service. That's all thank you. Read more
These employees are rockstars! They almost always have my mobile order before I get there. They are also amazing problem... solvers. The water went out one morning and they couldn't make hot drinks. I had already placed my mobile order and when I gotthere I asked if they could switch it out for an iced and they made it within seconds for me. I felt bad for them but they tookit the issue in stride. Thank you guys!!! Read more
At 8 am they were well over half empty on their donut selections. They didn't have anything I came for and they were also out... of milk. I ordered two boxes of coffee and when I got to my drop off point I realized one box was only halfway full. Verydisappointed. The person who waited on me was very friendly. Read more
Went there on Sunday August 21st. Wife had been waiting on the pumpkin coffee and muffins. We ordered or coffee and the last... muffin that was on the shelf. The wrong man at register didn't grab it for us or acknowledge we ordered it even though we paidfor it. We finally got our order minus the muffin. When I asked about it he said sorry we sold it to someone else. Asked tospeak to a manager and was told managers do not work on Sundays. Been going to this location frequently recently, multiple orders messed up along with today my large hot latte was luke... warm.....more then likely gave me something thats been sirting on the counter that they messed up earlier and gave it to merather then make mine exactly how i ordered it....won't be coming back and neither should you.
