Wow! BK should make this store the training facility. Our burgers were made correctly, the fries were hot and fresh, shake... machines were working too! Delicious meal and the server at the window was very courteous and friendly. Good job! Read more
Can't go inside okay even if I did a mobile order I understand I can't use the drive-thru because my vehicle it's too high to... pass a clearance so I had to stand there not a big deal but when you put it with I asked for medium fries and they gave me smallfries in a medium cup it was only like 8 fries in there then I said no mayonnaise and yet there's mayonnaise.Came back to thehotel 2 of hotel staff told me the same thing they put like 5 fries in your bag & not friendly so they stopped going there. Had one of my best experiences from this location in a very long time. Usually staff is barely friendly and food is mediocre.... Today everything was spot on. The order taker was friendly. When I got to the 1st window she had a smile on her face and a warmgreeting for me. At the 2nd window the cashier was smiling and polite when she asked if I could pull forward to wait for myfood. When she brought my food out I was greeted with another smile from the young lady. When I tasted my food it was all hotand fresh!!! Well done today Lenoir City BK!!!! Read more
Finally went to try the Impossible Whopper. It was alright, but I was glad to see some variety on the menu, even though it... ridiculously costs more money to NOT kill the cow. It cost us over $15 for 2 Impossible Whopper meals, even though we had a BOGOcoupon for the sandwich. We might go back, as we'd like to see more plant options offered. I also requested an Hours update onGoogle because they do NOT stay open until 12a, as stated. Went out of my way after work another time to find they'd alreadyclosed. Read more
Went in this store today and it wasn't that busy. Customers were waiting for food inside. Drive thru was backed up 4 deep and... while inside I heard someone say stop taking orders. People were extremely frustrated, one man even said I only have 30 minutesto eat just give me my food. I then decided to leave an not order at all. You need some serious help at this location.
