We don't live near an Arby's so when we come out to Lenoir city we always get it. We always get the family deal. Without a... coupon! They always let me get the deal. But today we went there and even though I actually had the coupon this time but cldntfind it, I just tore it out...in a rush I cldnt find it...and the guy literally was rushing us to order, but he said we had tohave the coupon to order the meal. So we just drove to burger king to eat. Of course I found the coupon after we left. But thepoint is they never take my coupon or tell me to keep it when I do try to give it to them. And I still get to get the deal. Thisguy was rude and he needs to get on board with the standard of customer service they usually offer there. I wish I wld have gothis name. Read more
Unacceptable quality control. With all the advertising stating ?We have the meat? they sure aren?t generous with portions, and... they don?t seem to offer anything remotely similar to what one would expect in terms of quality or presentation. I don?t go toArby?s often, so it was a shock when I visited the Lenoir City restaurant on the evening of 11/17/22 to see that the menu pricesfor a meal were $8-$12. I ordered the $10+ brisket sandwich meal with curly fries and my son ordered an $8+ chicken sandwichmeal with curly fries. The staff at the drive through window were friendly and our ordering process was as expected. Our food,however, was sub par. The fries were room temperature and their texture suggested they were made much earlier in the day. Thesandwiches were truly a disappointment. My son?s chicken sandwich was flat and unappetizing, with a very small piece of chickenon a bun with some sauce. My ?brisket? sandwich consisted of two slices of meat, half of which were fat, some cheese and sauce.My sandwich was also flat and unappetizing, and the ?brisket? was anything but the tender, flavorful meat the Arby?s commercialsadvertise it to be. A always order the exact same thing. A French dip and Swiss, also a large curly fry with a cup of cheddar. It?s always hit or... miss if I actually receive the cup of cheddar I pay for. Read more
Been there few times drive thru bring a book its so slow unbelivable the mgr needs togo to chick filet to see how a drive thru... is ran i ordered and was told no senior citizens discount when i always get it at arbys and this one also they said no more iasked for mgr the girl said i am the mgr she said who ever gv u discount was wrong i said i guess all locations are wrong. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!! NOW Went to Arby's on Oct 18 2022 In Lenoir City on 321 for a Cornbeef Rubin a beef and... cheddar, small fries and a jalapeño bite. Was $18.27 the food was good no complaints. The next morning I checked my bankaccount and was charged $18.27, 8 times for the Grand total of $146.16 talked to the manager on Monday said that all my moneyshould be back in my account within 24 hours. UPDATE: y?all charged my card AGAIN!! Hello I would love to speak to someone personally through email or phone asap!! I don?t... want the store calling me I want someone from customer service to please call me!! I went to arbys at your memoir city TN 37771location on September 18th around 6pm and ordered food cause we absolutely LOVE arbys!! This is our go to to eat basically allthe time, BUT tonight arbys has charged my card 3 times for the same amount, they successfully charged my card at 10:18pm andagain at 11:14pm that?s doubled! And again tried at 11:38pm but thankfully I had turned off transactions for the third one! Iwould like a FULL refund!! The roast beef classic that I ordered from the drive thru was okay. It was lukewarm and when I went to take off the bun to add... arby sauce to it I saw that the bun was soggy. Which led me to suspect that it had been pre made and sitting for a while, andnot freshly made. At least the fries were good. Read more
