My two friends who are visiting from out of town and I decided to go to this Wendy's to get some dinner for us. We ended up... walking 2 miles(it was exactly freezing outside) to get to the location which said it was open dine in and drive thru on thewebsite. We approached 2 of the entrance doors and noticed that they were both locked(no signs stating that they weren'toperating the dining room). We look through the window to see if anyone was there and we see 2 Employees sitting together ontheir phones who then made eyes contact either us and 2 more employees who were walking to the other entrance door right beforewe made it to that entrance. Very frustrated with our experience i called a friend and he called the location where the managerproceeded to tell him the sit down portion wasnt available due to lack of staff. If that was the case why did they wait to lockthe door until we began to approach? I understand being understaffed, but I dont think your problem is being understaffed whenyou have 4 able bodied employees(at least 4) and half of them arent doing their just but instead are on their phones. This isthe worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant and I highly discourage anyone from visiting this location. Imgenuinely appalled to the point of wanting to talk to a corporate customer service adviser or a district manager(Womt bother tocall the store since the manager clearly supports this behavior) This all occurred on November 15th 2022 at 5:30pm est. Worst Wendy?s out there, every time we try to eat here their front seating is closed due to ?short staff? (6 people). This is... all day long they close the front. Poorly managed and terrible customer service. Hope the area manager sees this. Read more
Came to Wendy's at 7am on a Sunday and online said they were open, 3 cars in their parking lot and employees inside but lights... were off and nobody answering at the drive thru Read more
It is 3pm on Saturday and the drive thru is closed, and so are the lobby doors. No signs out on the drive thru to alert... customers, so the drive thru is packed with no one providing service. I will NEVER use this store again. Terrible customerservice!! Wish I could give negative stars!!! Read more
9/15/2022 around 5pm i wasn?t aware that Wendy?s was selling seasoned deep fried flour Pattie?s!! The spicy chicken sandwich I... ordered today made Mc?Donalds chicken sandwich look like a quarter pounder. Add insult to injury, I paid 7.00 for this shyt!! Iwas so angry! The staff is always looking at you weird, will be heard talking on speaker but won?t answer you. They willliterally see you sitting there and will laugh as you drive away. It?s also not the first time that I?ve been by there between 7-8pm and get a automated message in drive thru saying that they?re closed. This place is a phukin joke!!! Read more
Closed at 8 pm on a Saturday???? Went to the drive thru and they started they're closed and it's 8:02pm. Adding to this: Sunday... at 7:47pm I had an online order ALREADY PLACED and my husband waited in line for 10+ minutes at the speaker and he could hearpeople talking in the background on the speaker, but they wouldn't respond to him and it waited til 8pm then a recorded voicesaid they're closed and not taking orders. First of all. If they want to close at 7:45pm, CLOSE AT 745 and stop online orders atthat time. Second: if you close at 745 then expect to cleanup AFTER becaus people will still be ordering up until then becausesome people don't get off work til 730pm and we want dinner after work. I am very disappointed in this Wendy's and I really hopethey can fix this issue because it's ridiculous. Read more
The burger I received was noticeably old from the discolored cheese to the tomato. I?ve had this same sandwich at another... location made fresh the tomato was not breaking down and the edges of the cheese were not discolored. This is a subpar andunacceptable attempt of the quality i have come to expect from Wendy?s and reflects heavily on how this specific locationoperates. Read more
I arrived at about 5 pm a few days ago and the doors were locked and drive through lights were off with no signs saying they... were closed, we called the store and were told that they were short staffed and didn't have lobby open because of it. But whywere there 6 people on the store with 3 people sitting around on the lobby? Horrible costumer service and management Read more
