Inside dining is closed.I'm a truck driver delivering food to this city so my semi wont fit. So I had to stand out side in the... cold in a drive-thru to then be told I had to wait two cars before I can make my order. Awkward feelings on the drive-thru wereexchange with every passing car. Unfortunately racism is flowing through the pores of people in this area its gross anddisgusting. So once I ordered my food I didn't r received my receipt. the lady who served me completely messed up the meal whichwas super simple and try to low ball me with the ice when I told her I didn't want a beverage just some ice. I visit this store at least twice a week for breakfast. The food is usually great. I usually order the bacon egg and cheese... biscuit combo(#6). For the past couple times I been there my biscuit is hard, like it was nuked in the microwave too long. Iuse to brag about this place. I don?t like hard biscuits!!! They need to get it together! We gave this location another chance after our first experience of half of our order missing. This time was equally bad. We were... the only ones in the line and somehow still waited 10 minutes for our food while the staff all argued with each other. Thinkingwe might have gotten hot food considering the wait was incorrect. The burger patties completely cold, almost frozen and thechicken nuggets tasted like they'd been there all day. Obviously not expecting fine dining, but would have hoped for the basicsto have been met. Read more

Ordered a $5.00 Biggie Bag and the sign states upgrade to a large size on drink and fries for $1.00 more. Was charged $6.80 +... tax for a $6.00 meal + tax. Total paid $7.44. When I asked the "Manager" or "Supervisor" about the charge she persisted to arguewith me and said they go by what the cash register rings up not what the order sign says. I suggested updating the order sign,to aid in not causing an further issues and was told rudely, "It's only $7.00". Poor customer service and very unwilling toaddress my concerns. Read more
WOW! I was really hungry when I went thru the drive thru at this Wendy's. I ordered a Dave's double and fries. While the... location was busy, the line moved quickly. I was really impressed with how efficient the staff was. GREAT job!! When I got myfood, my double was literally just off the grill. It was nice and hot and juicy!!! Fabulous!! My fries were hot and my drink(tea) was cold with the right amount of ice! Terrific job you guys!! You would make Dave very proud! I highly recommend you trythis location for yourself! Read more
The first time I ordered it took 15 minutes to receive my order despite being the only car in the drive through. The second... time I ordered online to pickup but when I arrived they did not have the order yet my online bank statement was clearly charged. Now wasting over an hour plus to get my money back. There will not be a third attempt at this or any Wendy's going forward. Read more
I guess this Wendy?s has gone the way of thinking their customers who are driving with trailers don?t deserve to eat at their... business. Stop closing your lobby because you don?t pay employees enough to fully staff the store, people pulling trailers can?tfit in your drive-thru. Read more
