Topp'd Lenexa Public Market I have to give a huge shout out, what delicious pizza you all are making! The other night we ordered... up a cheese and pepperoni (look at those delicious huge slabs) and a Margherita with basil chicken and fresh basil added. A sideof their baked meatballs and 2 orders of cheese garlic bread. OMG, we were delighted! Crispy crust, bold flavors in the pizzasauce, absolutely delicious pizza and those meatballs were perfect texture and taste. Tasted homemade, I can't confirm, but tryfor yourself and you'll see. We hadn't had Topp'd since before the last 2 years of shutdowns, wish we had not waited so long. Thank you Topp'd, one of our new favorite pizzas in KC and conveniently located close to home at Lenexa Public Market Read more
KC is a desert for good pizza. BBQ no problem. But Toppd is by far the best pizza out of the 2 dozen places I?ve tried.... Delicious. Moderate priced. I?ll be back Read more
I have been very disappointed lately. Being my favorite pizza place, the personal touch and being able to customize any pizza is... now a headache. You now must order from a machine and not a person. The ability to tell them what to put on it, add more, change the crust, add a little bit has to be put in by you typing it out in the end and additional comments. I have to give themmore information, slow down my ordering, hold up the line, and hopefully get what I want. Now they text you when it is ready. Iam literally standing at the counter. Not happy. Topp?d pizza had excellent pizza at previously excellent prices. Now they have gutted the ability to flexibly customize the... specialty pizzas and as well as hiking the prices, ALSO changed the pricing structure to charge extra for individual toppings.Even a single custom veggie topping on a small pizza is now $0.50. In my book this turned Topp?d from beloved staple toirrelevant waste. To be clear, any one of these changes would have been reasonable, but all three at the same time is a badomen. Simultaneously, there has been a gradual decrease in quality, especially if the ingredients, and a precipitous plummet inthe amount of food actually on the pizza. Basically paying a lot more for a lot less. It?s also worth mentioning that theirordering system change also wiped any progress in the old loyalty system. Read more

Incredibly disappointed with what this place has become this recent year. It used to be that Topp?d Tuesday was a regular,... nearly weekly outing for us. Delicious pizza, reasonable pricing, good service. However at some point Topp?d?s pricing modelhas changed from a flat rate + free toppings, that allowed you the freedom to customize you personal pizza to your personaldelight, to a restrictive model where you pay 50 cents for a now miserly amount of actual ingredient. In order to get the same{Buffalo Blue Cheese + Spinach + Onions + Garlic} extraordinary tastebud experience I?ve grown to love, I now have to pay theincreased base rate of 9.50 + 1.50 for toppings. Please see the attached photo and explain how 20% coverage of onions justifiesa 50 cent price, a markup of nearly 10x from the actual cost. Nearly everyone has been raising their food prices as of latebecause of supply issues. I would have no complaint if Topp?d had raised their base rate but kept their toppings free and theamounts reasonable. But to suffer this loss to not only my wallet but my also my tastebuds is too grave an insult to continuebeing a returning customer. Topp?d has already missed out on 100$ of dollars of revenue from me, and will continue to do so.That shouldn?t deter you from giving their pizza a try. It is still for the most part, delicious. But it?s more of a one timetourist attraction rather than a mainstay of Lenexa eateries. Read more
