This location is conveniently located near our home. We often get our drinks to go, taking advantage of the Star Rewards... program. My husband generally gets a caramel macchiato. I usually have no problems with this location. Recently, my order has been wrong, I?ve waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order... that said it would take 10 minutes, and today - I requested a packet of Splenda be added to my iced coffee and they put thewhole packet in.... including the wrapper. This starbucks has phenomenal customer service. Our drinks are always fantastic and if we ever have issues they are quick to... take the time to fix them. We come here very often and greatly appreciate the kindness from the employees here. The location ofthis starbucks is right off 435 which is a highly commuted highway. Very easily accessible!
