I just stopped in to buy a Strawberry Shake. (Which was delicious I might add) But when the order taker was giving me the total.... I just about passed out! The total was So Unbelievable! The Shake was Great but the price was so high. I believe that the boardof directors (OR Whoever decides what the prices are to be. Should "Re-Evaluate" this issue (amongst many others) and give us (the patron's) a break on the prices. Maybe try to cut corners on a few items somewhere else on the menu. This location is probably the best I've ever been to, no lie.. For some reason any other that I've gone to, the app either... doesn't work or I get a prompt saying the location isn't accepting app orders... Either way, I usually order through the apphere and find that I get my food quicker, the order is 99% correct of the time (it's always the condiments! Why do places askwhich ones you want, if they never seem to give them to you?! I digress...), and you can't beat 1/2 price drinks anytime youwant! I also NEVER have cash on me and feel bad if I actually get what I paid for in a reasonable amount of time & can'ttip.... I worked in the restaurant industry way back when, so I understand being overworked & underpaid, but I'm not sure what'sgoing on with young workers today..... They just don't care about customer service anymore, yet expect it in return. Easily the worst sonic I've ever been to. Roughly 30% of their stalls are out of order with only a tiny paper marking them.... Please block off non-functioning stalls with a cone or something. Better yet just fix them, it's been months. I've currentlybeen sitting here for 20 minutes waiting to place my order. Apparently took long enough that the button timed out and had to bepressed again. Someone else has already driven off in a rage. Thinking I'll leave too. It's not like this is the first time thislocation has done this to me. I submitted feedback at the link suggested. We chose this location because it is advertised as having a drive through in addition to drive-in stalls. It doesn?t. Michelle... was our carhop. She activated the speaker and asked us to wait because she was outside. Okay. Then she stopped our ordermultiple times because she was looking for the button for an item. Fine. The real problem started when the order was placed andshe immediately was on her way with the order. Obviously not fresh. The drink was incorrect and the bag reeked of old fry oil.She had us pull up closer to the employee?s door so she could give us our correct drink. I took this time to look at the food,which appeared fine. Turns out there was only a couple pieces of actual chicken on top of the cup. The rest of the cup wasfilled with tiny rock-hard pieces of fried breading. What I was able to eat of the chicken tasted awful and the fries were driedout. We ordered 2 hamburgers and 1 order of onion rings and 1 order of tater tots at 11:22 am at your store #4223. We asked that you... hold the pickle on one of them. Cost us $17.78. I tried to call the number on receipt but there was no answer even after alengthy period of ringing. We used to really like Sonic but we won?t be back. The hamburgers were not fit to eat. Theytasted like they were left over from yesterday or the day before. Neither of us could eat the sandwiches. The tater tots andonion rings were good but $18 is way too much to pay for that lunch. It could be that you are using plant based hamburger.. Idon?t know what happened but there needs to be some changes made or we won?t be the only customers that you will be losing. Read more
