5 stars for new employees and 1 star to the Manager training this morning. This morning was my first visit to this location. ... The manager was snapping at the two girls, blaming them for her own mistake. The manager needs to slow down and allow theemployees time to build rapport with customers as well as learn the drinks. Had the pumpkin spice caramalious blender and they added cinnamon on top it was like a pumpkin pie ???? so tasty! I added extra... caramel drizzle definitely worth it! Read more
Best Scooters location in the area! The staff is always so friendly and the inside is always clean!!
I ordered a large pumpkin spice latte and it was just cream, ice, and whipped cream. My burrito was just tortilla. Just a bad... experience. I?ll stick to Starbucks! Read more
Time and time again this location has came to a disappointment. It reflects poorly on management when they can?t properly train... their staff. This location is out of all non-dairy products when other locations have been fine. Constantly order a drink and amgiven the wrong drink, the wrong size. Or they put a medium volume in a larger cup. Drinks are so inconsistent. Please run forthe hills. Go to a different location, as this one does not reflect the typical scooters that everyone enjoys. Read more
I ordered a PB power with a shot and a Caramelicious with a shot and a normal Caramelicious. I received no shots, I state this... because I have ordered plenty of scooters to tell the difference. And I got a Sugary milk drink... I realized my drinks wereincorrect after i was long gone. I called three times to ask for a refund or exchange but no one answered. I guess I'll bedrinking this very sugary milk drink... Or $7 down the drain.. Read more
Although friendly, I had to repeat my order of two drinks several times of one large and one small. I got charged correctly but... received both smalls. Asked if they honored punch cards, she took it and gave it back without any added punches - not a hugedeal but annoying that the small details are over looked. Especially when they were not busy. Drinks were yummy and the girl waspolite so that?s why the 3 stars and not 1 star. Not my best experience there. Read more
