I have purchased take 'n bake pizza from this Papa Murphy's on several occasions and never been disappointed. Most recently, I... purchased a pizza for friends, one of whom adheres to a gluten-free diet. Although they only offer gluten-free in their mediumsize, my friends were very pleased with their pizza. 06/26/2022 Update Wow. The place has really turned around. .............. We really love Papa Murphy's pizza. It's always a... hit with the kids; however, I will probably never purchase from this location again. I waited for my pizza for about 20minutes. Which isn't a big deal. But the kitchen was a mess. I was there at a really slow time. There was meat and cheese allover the counter. Two employees were making pizzas, and another wasn't doing anything. I don't know why he wasn't cleaning thecounters. It was pretty gross. One of the guys making pizzas wasn't wearing a hair net and flipping his hair every 30 seconds.Pretty sure food code requires him to restrain his hair. He also scratched the side of his nose with his gloved hand andcontinued to make pizzas. These issues may not seem like a big deal, but if employees can't change gloves, wash their hands,and clean the counters... It make you wonder what they are doing when customers aren't watching. There are better Papa Murphy locations in town. Chose this one because of location at the time, but will drive further for... better quality. I like the Mediterranean salad, and this past experience, my salad had old iceberg lettuce on the bottom of thecontainer, which you can't see at first. The rest of the salad is spinach; they are being cheap in not placing spinachthroughout the salad, like it is suppose to be. Not sure if the pizza sauce is as fresh as other locations as well. FALSE ADVERTISING! The web site clearly states; Greek Pepperoni "Our Artisan Thin Crust topped with Traditional Red Sauce,... Whole-Milk Mozzarella, Premium Pepperoni, Fresh Spinach, Black Olives, Roma Tomatoes, Feta Cheese, and Zesty Herbs." The staffat the store stated they have NEVER offered thin crust in a medium pizza! When I attempted to give feedback on-line the firstentry is to input the store number. Good luck, this store lists "TBA" as the store number. The phone feedback line alsorequires the store number as the first entry. It appears the store staff know they are not doing well and make sure that PapaMurphy's never hears about it Read more

I'm changing my review from five stars to three. I have ordered one or two pizzas from this location every Friday night for the... last 5 years. The staff here has gone from superb to marginal very quickly. I always order extra toppings, every time. Lately Ionly get what I order about half the time. Submitting a photo of a cheese pizza ordered with extra mozzarella and extra cheddar.If I bring up the mistake, the staff grumbles and fixes the mistake with attitude. Read more

Very rarely if ever dissatisfied.... instead Papa Murphy's consistently and cheerfully delivers great pizza pie after great... pizza pie! My only wish is that this location ran more sales and/or some kind of customer loyalty rewards program similar tohow they do their punch cards at the location just off 135th in Overland Park. Often I find myself craving some Papa Murphy'sbut then decide on something else as the regular menu process seem to have gone up in the past 5 years, enough so that I don'talways feel like I'm not only getting a great, tasty, fresh pizza, but also a great value!
