My Wife and I stopped in today. I wanted to try their new Spicey Take chicken sandwich. The bun was a little over done but... overall was pretty good. The Mac and Cheese was amazing. My Wife had a Caesar salad and a lot of the lettuce was frozen. Herhalf turkey sandwich was very good. Read more
I ordered at kiosk waited 20min. ..still no order. Still got charged . They were busy...but not very helpful. Ended up leaving... without order. Most likely won't go there again Read more
One of my to go places for lunch. Never disappoints. Food is good, service is fast and staff is friendly.
Picking up 2 deliveries and had opportunity to see 2 employees engaging with customers. Both were pleasant & personable!
This Panaras has really gone downhill. Recently, items were missing from mine and my daughter's pick up order and my wife's... sandwich was poorly made. When I called and talked with the manager he was condescending and argumentative. He reluctantlyagreed to send me a voucher and I gave him my name and address. The voucher never came. Oh Panera. What has happened? Stopped in for a late lunch, hoping things had improved. Only three other customers in the store,... yet every booth except one has dirty plates, cups and used napkins. It was hard to find a clean table. The dirty dish bins areall full. It?s obvious no one has cleaned the dining area for a very long time. Panera was a goto for my family for years. Not exactly sure what was going on this day, but we arrived around 6:30 and were hoping for soup for dinner. Soup. The gal at... the desk said that anything other than pastries would be a wait of 20 minutes or more. I'm confident this was beyond theircontrol and will happily change my review when we're able to go again, but definitely a bummer.... It was my daughter's birthdayand Panera was what she really wanted. Sadly we had a bit of a time crunch, so we left. Read more
