I?m sick of the automated system and this McDonald?s always screwing up my orders. If you?re going to use an automated system... for orders, AT THE VERY LEAST you need to put the order on the screen so customers can review what they are about to purchase.I?ve clearly ordered multiple times now to only receive an incomplete or wrong order. IT CAN?T BE THAT HARD TO GET AN ORDERCORRECT THAT HAS ZERO SUBSTITUTIONS AND ZERO ADD-ONS. I just wanted a number 1 and number 2. A lot of times on the way to work I'll stop and get a breakfast sandwich. I normally go to Wendy's and find it fairly decent but... I stopped at McDonald's the other day and got a breakfast sandwich and it tasted just like cardboard with a piece of cheese.Wendy's has a $3 breakfast you can't even get a $3 breakfast sandwich at McDonald's why go there? I was surprised how much a Big Mac meal was. It has been awhile since I have purchased one. I got to the drive through window... and the manager was tending it. I mentioned how I was surprised about the price and he started carrying on about President Bidencausing it. I chose not to engage. I get home as I live 5 min from there and everything was ice cold. Maybe the manager shouldconcentrate on the product he is selling. Terrible. Never go back. Read more
One of the dirtiest McDonald?s I?ve been to in awhile. The play place is open, but very dirty as well. I?m pretty positive one... of the workers is using the play place as an unsupervised daycare and her children are definitely under five, with one beingaround age 2. Sad. Today's visit was fine. The fries were fresh but the burgers apparently had been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile. Typical... for any McDonald's. If you get lucky and get a fresh burger, it's very good. This all depends on the time of day although U haveheard you can ask them to make a fresh burger. You might have to sit in the wait lane. This McDonald's has gone down hill. They have forgotten to put good in bags multiple times, the food has been very sloppily put... together, but tonight was the last straw. My #2Deluxe was raw. Only noticed the raw meat after the second bite and nearly threwup. Forgetting items in a bag is one thing giving illness inducing food is another. Read more
Ordered dinner for myself and kids. After EVERY item, instead of saying, "What else can we get you?" it was, "Is that all?" Very... rude. Then we get up to the window and I see our drinks in their clear cups. Every drink was at least 1" from the top of thecup.
