I asked my delivery driver to meet me in front of the hospital and told him I was getting a wheel chair down to get my food... because I can't walk and am disabled. He left my food at the front desk without telling me and wouldn't answer my calls. A shamethis is how they treat people who are disabled. Not only that but they forgot the straw to my drink, they gave me regular chipsinstead of barbecue, and on top of that they gave me the wrong sandwich! Very poor service Read more
The service is always great here. The girl working paid for my soda out of her own pocket when my card declined.i forgot that I... went to get gas and they had a hold on my money cuz I used it at the pump. I love the ice at this location,it's the best and soI stopped in to grab a soda on the way home. My card declined and I was so embarrassed. It made my day. Will always go back. Read more

I ordered delivery at 10:56 online on 12/10/2021 and I've never had issues before. But they brought me an unsweetened tea with... no ice, My receipt shows a large root beer. This did not upset me, mistakes happen we are all human. But when I called she wasvery rude, still offered to have someone drive it out but at this point I said "well i don't know, no one is going to spit in mydrink right" (in a joking manner) and she started being super rude asking me what I think of their company and etc. I toldher not to worry about it and hung up. Definitely not "Freaky Fast." I have ordered a few times now and it takes on average 45 minutes for delivery. Food is good and... workers are nice. But they do not live up to the JJ's tagline. Read more
I ordered a sub for lunch to be delivered, and it took more than an hour for it to show up. It turns out they took my sub TO THE... WRONG BUSINESS and left it on a desk without a word. The receptionist realized it wasn't even for someone at their location,and was kind enough to bring it to me herself! When I called the store to find out what happened, the guy who answered the phonehung up on me when I asked for a manager. He claimed he took it to 'the address on file'. After calling back and speaking tothe manager, I was given $15 store credit. All I wanted was my $5 tip back from the driver who DID NOT DESERVE at tip! Good luckto you...
