Used to be great... There is one worker here that appears to care about his job and always does so with a smile and impeccable... customer service. Otherwise, no real reason to stop here unless I absolutely have run out of all other options. The "new"workers are rude, cut you off, and care only about the sale. Update - 05/09/2022: I do not wish to fill out a review on yourwebsite, but thank you for that invitation to do so. I instead now just go to the location off W 119th St. Much better customerservice here. I still stand by my original statement, there is one worker at your location keeping the customer service aliveand well, he is amazing! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I would leave 0 stars if possible. I have ordered from this location multiple times for work events... and there is always an issue. I always call for a pre-order to give them ample time-usually the day prior to. They are alwayslate, forget to make the order, forget items in the order, etc. I called yesterday for a delivery today, they did not deliverand there is no one answering the phone. They took my credit card info for the order and never showed with food. Will neverorder from this location again. Read more
