This is a terrible place, I have a pickup order , and the new lady worker said that they won't start until 30 minutes, so about... 45 minutes to make the order, or I can cancel the order. If you would like to have delicious fast Pizze, the best choice isOriginal Pizza at OAK park mall. DO NOT GO TO THIS AREA they will waist your time! Read more
This Casey's convenient store is like a Willy Wonka paradise. I have never seen such a wonderful array of treats, sweets, and... salty snacks. Much of what Casey's has to offer I didn't even know existed. Mini thins? I didn't even know these were inproduction anymore. I'm a little surprised about all of the negative reviews. It must be due to staffing. This is a nicewell-lit clean gas station. They have the famous Casey's pizza which is always hot and fresh. They have a very wide array ofdrinks and as previously mentioned, snacks. This is also in a nice part of Lenexa. There are supermarkets and restaurantsnearby. It is a short distance off of highway 10. If you're traveling, it's worth going past the other convenience store youwill pass on your right, just for the selection. It's twice the size with twice the amount of gas pumps as it's competitor. Theyhave a full slate of fountain drinks and hot food. I generally prefer Quik Trip because it is safe, friendly with all of theconveniences, but this is the nicest Casey's I've ever been to and if it's worth a stop. The staff was on point last night, Monday the 23rd, both behind the main counter and the pizza counter. The young man behind the... main counter offered to carry out one of the cases of water that I purchased. Outstanding! And the gentleman making my to gopizza order went above and beyond to make sure I knew that my order was not forgotten. Excellent service across the board! Welldone Casey's! Read more
This location started my boycott of Caseys. I had a couple of visits here where staff were having conversations with other... people while I waited to make a purchase (which I overlooked) but then I was charged for pizza I didn't receive. I tried toreach out to the manager where I requested a phone call but, oddly, the manager wouldn't contact me via phone. I then reachedout to corporate. I found it odd that on their corporate website they did not provide a phone number so I sent a message ontheir online form explaining I had several issues to bring to their attention and would like to speak with customer service tovoice my experiences. Someone did respond via email wanting me to describe my experience via email. I again requested a phonecall because I have several bad experiences and have been charged for items I didn't receive. Casey's did not reply to myresponse and did not call. So Caseys duped me $40 and I'm not comfortable with doing business with companies that take customerscomplaints lightly. Read more
